    Dropped off in the morning for inspections. It was done by noon , which was amazing. Would definitely go back. The only negative thing was that it was 6:40 and both garage doors were up so there was nowhere to drop the key and no one in sight. Had to wait a bit for someone to walk up to grab the key from me. Other than that, super fast and excellent service. Thank you!

    Yesterday I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Dobbs called and talked to my husband and said my vehicle needed an alignment as well. My husband said ok and later picked it up. When I got home, I told my husband that I got an alignment from Dobbs last oil change, 5 months ago. It was still under the 6 month/6,000 mile warranty. I went back to Dobbs and I did get a credit back, but wouldn’t you think they would check my records. I basically got a free alignment and they could have been working on another car.

    I understand that some of what happened may have been outside the staff's control, but at the end of the day, that's not my responsibility as a customer. The service I received was simply not good. I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told that I didn't need an appointment if I planned to drop the vehicle off and pick it up at the end of the day. When I dropped it off on Wednesday, Steve assured me it would be completed by the end of the day. Around 4:00 PM, I called to check on the status. Steve answered, asked me to hold while he checked, and left me on hold for 20 minutes. I eventually hung up and called back. When I was asked to hold again, I explained that I had already been on hold for 20 minutes and simply wanted an update on my vehicle. At that point, Steve informed me that the work would not be completed that day. My options were to pick up the vehicle or leave it overnight so they could get to it the next morning. He cited staffing issues, computer system issues and being "pulled in 20 different directions" as the reason for the delay. While I understand challenges happen, those internal issues shouldn't become the customer's problem. I was told the vehicle would be completed first thing the next morning, but I didn't receive a call until around noon. When they finally contacted me, it was the typical recommendation for additional work that would cost another $200. The biggest issue throughout this experience was the lack of communication, urgency, and customer awareness. An oil change and tire rotation should not take more than a day, especially after being told it would be completed by the end of the day. When I picked up my vehicle, Steve checked me out, but only after he disappeared in the shop for 10 minutes while I waited. Did not tell me why, he just left me in the lobby while he does something more important than taking care of the one customer waiting in the building. He comes back complains about computer issues. I don’t care at this point. He seemed aware that I was unhappy with the experience, but there was no apology, acknowledgment, or effort to make things right. I ended up paying over $130 for the services I originally came in for and left feeling frustrated. There are plenty of places to have a vehicle serviced, and unfortunately, this is not one I'll be returning to. Edit* They provided me with a customer service email that does not work. Horrible customer service and follow up.

    I've only taken cars in for safety/emissions inspections, so I can't say much about pricing or quality of work. However, the customer service is great and I enjoyed chatting with Steve and the other guys up there! I feel for bad for them though, they get phone calls every 3 seconds. Must be rough. Love this place!

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION! Not the integrity you would hope for. Car was returned after being repaired by this Dobbs with missing toggle stick to adjust windshield wipers. Car was in there for check engine light- nothing to do with windshield wipers. They said it was stolen by the tow truck driver. The car was towed there without us, and the called us after it was dropped off to say they needed a key. They emailed us with this information and pictures of it only two hours before car was picked up. Car had been there for ~a month. Windshield wipers will not function without it and they said they can’t do anything about it. Are we supposed to not drive anytime it rains? I wanted to make others aware of this and the lack of communication on that front so this doesn’t to anyone else in the meantime. Car was also returned with tire light still on and only 22lbs of air in tire.
