  I’ve been using the Saint Ann office for six months now, and there’s no other office in St. Louis that I will use. I often need extra help from the staff, and they never hesitate to go the extra mile. I’m not a fan of Google, but because of the outstanding effort the Saint Ann Enterprise location consistently provides, I’ve decided to create a Google account just so I can leave a proper review. The customer service here is top-notch. I’m never rushed, yet I’m always taken care of efficiently. I’m always greeted when I walk in the door and asked how I’m doing. I consistently receive high-quality service from Brad Hennen, Randy Elkins, and Bernard (I only know him by his first name). The vehicles are always clean and ready to go. I rely on my vehicle to transport my family, and there’s no other office I would trust to meet my family’s needs besides the Saint Ann office. I have very high standards when it comes to my family, and the Saint Ann office meets those standards 100% of the time. I am so satisfied that I will walk barefoot over broken glass coated in lime juice and salt before I rent from a different location. Do yourself a favor and go with the Enterprise Saint Ann office!

  I stupidly didn’t have a reservation walking in here just wanting to get away from the airport fees at STL but even though they didn’t have any cars Brad worked with us on some credit card issues and found us a car and went and grabbed it even though he was shirt staffed and about to go on his lunch break. His cheerful and competent demeanor were a delight as we were weary from our travels. His can do attitude and positivity were appreciated. In my years of renting cars this was a stellar customer service experience. Brad would be an asset to any team he is on. He takes his job seriously while reducing stress and anxiety in a playful and kind way.
