I have a morning appointment to get a vehicle and there is a sign on the door saying will be back in 20 minutes??? Also there is an employee locked out saying they can't get in or answer any questions??
Does not seem very professional or prepared.

(Saint Ann, MO) I've never had a positive experience with a car rental location before. This experience could have been much worse, the location manager (Brad) really went out of his way to make it better. All the things that went wrong were largely out of his control (lack of reserved vehicles, etc.). Brad found me a car off-site and got it for me. He comped the gas, called me the next day to check how things we're going, and when I turned the car in he asked for genuine feedback about improving operations. He even arranged for a complimentary ride back to the airport! I'm definitely not used to getting this type of personalized care and attention at enterprise.
This place is the best! Brad the manager at the St. Ann location is absolutely amazing! Everyone here is very nice, very understanding and compassionate about what you have going on!!!! Loyal customer here for now on!!!

The Enterprise team at the St. Ann, MO store were fantastic. The guys were very courteous and friendly. Their inventory was limited, but they were satisfying customers with optional selections. I was watching them trying to strategize how to get cars parked and protected from the impending storms, Tornado alerts coming across St. Louis. while still serving customers quickly. They provided me a quick lift back to the airport so I could catch my flight which was convenient bacause they really needed to get going on getting the cars under cover from the storm. Really impressed with the overall service, but honestly those guys and Enterprise really deserve to have an updated and expanded location. It would serve your customers better especially with their service. Because it’s by the airport it’s quicker to rent a car from there in my opinion, rather than at the congested airport rental counter. Now that I saw how busy Rentals can be, I’d rather call an Uber and go to the St. Ann location rather than wait for a crowded shuttle then have to wait in line at Enterprise airport, then get into a car and have to work my way both out of rental then the airport then traffic. The St Ann store option is definitely the way to go. Special shout out to Managers Brad and Bryce. No sooner I made the reservation Bryce was on it with a phone call. This was eapecially nice as we were at Airport Budget Avis and Budget system was down. The wait time was 90 min. We got tired of the long line only taking Avis customers in the hot waiting area, and decided to find another rental car near the airport. We did a quick Siri search of closest rental near me that’s not on the airport and Enterprise showed up. Then we clicked on website, made a quick reservation, and next thing we knew actually about 20 min from that reservation we had Uber’d over, checked in and walked through the reservation and car inspection, then on the road to our destination. So your team helped us get back into a great mood and we had a great time the rest of our visit in the St. Louis area! So Thanks!

Be careful renting from this location if you are black. The manager Brad likes to negligently flag people for fraud without proof and validation that a customer has in fact committed fraud. I will be escalating a complaint to Chrissy Taylor the office of the president for such behavior.
