Right from the start I was greeted professionally, I explained I had a Fleet vehicle and the young man was like “no problem, we’ve got this”. And boy did they! Usually the approval process from my fleet company takes time, but the manager knew exactly what to do and got almost instant approval. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes, and they even rotated my tires too! I can’t say enough good things about my experience today. Well done to all!

And everybody seemed shocked I was there, manager said it's very frustrating that could have had 5 cars that drove in ahead of me and wouldn't matter if I had an appt, I would of had to wait, big companies should have there systems working or don't take appts online!!
