  Tried renting a vehicle and had put in a reservation weeks prior but they couldn’t get us a vehicle. This isn’t the first time this has happened especially with this location.

  Placed order for a rental early Wednesday without issue, and then get a call at 7:45pm the next day saying they didn’t have any. The major problem is that if they were out they should have never allowed me to place a reservation, and should have reached out WAY sooner. Now I am without options before a holiday weekend. I would have had more options if they told me they were none when I placed the order, which was the BARE MINIMUM that they couldn’t even do.

  They say they have a reservations. But in all reality, you'll be waiting days before you will have a vehicle. And then you get stuck in one that you don't even want or ask for like, I aint wanted an su. V. I ended up with a car and try to switch it out the whole entire week, with them saying they're gonna switch it out every single day. And never did. And I had a knee problem. And could not be in a car so I suffered, it was in pain.The entire time

  I reserved a rental car at the end of March to pick up in mid-June. When I arrived, I was told there was nothing available. No one called ahead to warn me there might be an issue, even though I'd booked nearly three months in advance. I'm very disappointed. I took the morning off work to take care of this, paid for a taxi there and back, and walked away with nothing. They mentioned they *might* be able to get me a car, but it could take a few hours. No courtesy call, no professionalism, no solution. How is this an acceptable way to treat a customer who reserved well in advance? I don't recommend this location. If you're desperate and decide to book anyway, I'd recommend calling a day prior to make sure they actually have something available at all.

  I needed rental after car accident. There was one guy that was super, always pleasant and helpful when I needed a bigger car. This is a very busy location in Rolla, Mo. They get booked solid and don't always have enough vehicles to meet their customers reservations often. So be sure to make reservations early.
