Dust on the dash, wet door sills… I had to point out what to dry on my car. As a top tier holder since they opened, I’ve never seen worse Performance.

- ZKZano KorellioMay 12, 20262.0TL;DR: BE CAREFUL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES SELLING "PROMOS" AND ACTUALLY READ THEIR TERMS. Full Story: Went to Waterway in October/November 2025 to get a car wash. One of their employees told me that they're having a "promo" to try out a month for free and it won't auto-renew unless I wanted to. I asked him 2-3 times to make sure if that's the case, and he was CONFIDENT that will be the case. To my surprise, it's been charging me $35 a month since then. Just found out about it because I got an app that tracks my subscription recently and this popped out as new to me. Called their Customer Service today and they simply told me "sorry, it's stated in the terms and condition YOU agreed upon during sign up." Well my bad for believing YOUR employee telling me otherwise, that employee could've told me that he doesn't know his own company's ToC. Take my $245 for free since I haven't used their service since and I hope someone else see this and be cautious about Waterway's future "promos". I want to like this carwash since I do think their service is decent.
