  TL;DR: BE CAREFUL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES SELLING "PROMOS" AND ACTUALLY READ THEIR TERMS. Full Story: Went to Waterway in October/November 2025 to get a car wash. One of their employees told me that they're having a "promo" to try out a month for free and it won't auto-renew unless I wanted to. I asked him 2-3 times to make sure if that's the case, and he was CONFIDENT that will be the case. To my surprise, it's been charging me $35 a month since then. Just found out about it because I got an app that tracks my subscription recently and this popped out as new to me. Called their Customer Service today and they simply told me "sorry, it's stated in the terms and condition YOU agreed upon during sign up." Well my bad for believing YOUR employee telling me otherwise, that employee could've told me that he doesn't know his own company's ToC. Take my $245 for free since I haven't used their service since and I hope someone else see this and be cautious about Waterway's future "promos". I want to like this carwash since I do think their service is decent.

  I've always had reservations about car washes that aren't touchless. This one seemed good until my 3rd wash. I always look over my car after getting a wash to dry off wet spots, etc. This time, I found scuff-like marks on my roof that luckily came off with a moist microfiber cloth. Later I found a scratch on my hood that I know wasn't there before. That one wasn't coming off. I am quite meticulous about my car. And I won't be returning.

  If you want to throw your money away, feel free to come here. They charged $17 just to wash the exterior of the vehicle—including the "free" vacuum service—and they have a manager who wouldn't even allow me to rinse off the floor mats. I realized that I definitely won't be switching away from Club Car Wash. Furthermore, they are understaffed.

  Very Disappointing Experience I paid $45 plus $4 for cargo cleaning (total $49) expecting a decent full-service car wash, but the results were very poor. The interiors, seats, and cargo area were not cleaned properly at all—it felt like a complete waste of money. I had to ask them 3–4 times to clean properly, which was frustrating, and eventually I just left because it wasn’t worth arguing anymore. The manager was soft-spoken while explaining the plans, but the actual service didn’t match what was promised. The team captain (a lady) who handled the situation was harsh and not helpful, which made the experience worse. Overall, very disappointing service for the price. I won’t be coming back and definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
