I got my car inspected and the team at Mitchem Tire did a great job along with I was in and out in a no time.

I was in a bit of a hurry and was going to leave the wheels and tires and pick them up later. The young man said he could have them done in a couple minutes, and he did it in around 5 minutes. Super happy with the service.

We're not very good at communicating the process or what was wrong with the tire or ask if I wanted to fix it with pricing before doing the work. The work was great and tire fixed

Don’t take your vehicle here. I took my truck to Mitchem Tire in Republic for what should have been a simple visit: 4 new tires and an oil change.
When it was time to pay, the employee at the counter had a list of recommended repairs and estimates that supposedly needed attention. After paying for the tires and oil change, I got back into my truck and immediately noticed my check engine light was now on. It was not on when I brought the truck in.
I went back inside to ask about it and was told the truck was “misfiring.” According to them, they heard it misfire once while pulling it into the shop. What concerns me is that this was never mentioned during the estimate process, or before I paid my bill. If they noticed a misfire when they first brought the truck in, why wasn’t I informed right away?
Instead, I found out only after the work was completed and after my check engine light came on. Good customer service includes communicating issues when they’re discovered, not after the customer has already paid and is heading out the door.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency.
Nothing I stated was a lie. My truck entered your shop with no check engine light. Came out it was on. The review I wrote was is truthful and accurate.
