  Hire people that actually care about the job and have real knowledge about vehicles, customer service here is shotty, better off waisting your time at O'Reillys atleast they actually send you home with something wrong part or not.

  My battery was bad and had to do a quick replacement. Lucas helped me out in a quick fashion and replaced my battery! Excellent service and customer support.

  I pulled into AutoZone this afternoon completely panicked. I was previously at sonic and a big black rat snake crawled up underneath my car. When I walked into AutoZone, I told the guy at the counter that there was a big black snake underneath my car (I am completely panicked at this point because I am terrified of snakes!!!) Him and another guy came out immediately and looked under the hood. The snake wasn’t there so the other guy looked under the vehicle and spotted the snake inside the tire well. They got the snake out from underneath my vehicle and nobody was harmed. I am truly grateful for these two men at AutoZone!! I didn’t know what to do and they were very professional and immediately took my needs into their own hands. These two men deserve a raise for what they did today!!! Both my husband and I will continue to give AutoZone our service from here on out! Thank you both so so much!!! The guys who helped me today were Lucas and Russ. Both of which saved the day!!

  Sadly this AutoZone is not one we recommend. After paying a fee to expedite shipping of a part, the order wasn’t placed and we missed an install deadline for our vehicle prior to a trip. Not only were they unapologetic but did not own up to the mistake. When we called AutoZone the first day to see if the part had arrived, they did not check the tracking number. They did that the second day we called, and the tracking indicated it had not even shipped yet. When the part arrived (a day late) they were unwilling to refund the expedited shipping fee, although the part was a day past the promised delivery. They stated that they have a ‘no refund policy’ for expedited shipping fees. I requested an in store credit or gift card and again she refused. The cost was only $8, and they should have at least given us a store credit for such a small amount. They stated that the parts company generally gets parts there next day, so to add insult to injury, I didn’t even need to pay the expedited fee. Those shipping fees are evidently just a way to make money of off customers. A company that does not meet deadlines, is not honest about mistakes, is unapologetic, and does not have reasonable policies certainly does not deserve my business in a market with other choices. I’ll go with O’Reilly or another business next time. I gave two stars out of courtesy, because they did get the part in for us.
