Very dishonest and incompetent when it comes to working on Paccar engines. I was told he could do everything I had on my list to do. One he got it in the shop to work on all of sudden it’s stuff he can’t do on top of that, they tried putting the wrong clamps, hoses, and duct tape on my truck. I had to show them how my wire harness was supposed to be back on. He refuses to pay my new repair bill at another shop in full. Mind you my truck had been in his shop 3/3/26-4/2/26 and is currently at another shop now! They also was trying to put Dex-cool coolant in my semi, coolant that clearly not for semi trucks and they told me “that’s all we use” like what???
I gave you a list I'll post that too since you continue to be dishonest, you said you can do everything on my list via phone call so please stop with the bs you should've never told me to bring my truck up this shop is not equipped to handle heavy duty engines. The service manage (Steve) said "this is the coolant that we use referring to dex-cool. Stick to your normal jobs this is gonna put you out of business

How often should I bring my light-duty diesel vehicle in for maintenance?
Maintenance schedules vary depending on your vehicle's make and model. However, we generally suggest oil changes every 10,000 to 15,000 miles, fuel filter replacements at similar intervals, air filter changes every 20,000 to 30,000 miles, transmission fluid changes every 30,000 to 60,000 miles, and coolant system flushes every 30,000 miles. Regular maintenance is crucial for optimal vehicle performance and longevity.
What are the signs that my diesel truck needs repair?
Several indicators suggest your light-duty diesel vehicle may need attention. If you notice any of these signs, it's advisable to have your vehicle inspected.
What is a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), and why does it need cleaning?
A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) is a crucial component of the exhaust system that captures soot and particulates from exhaust gases. Over time, it can become clogged, leading to reduced engine performance, decreased fuel economy, and potential engine damage. We offer DPF cleaning services to restore your vehicle's performance and ensure compliance with emissions regulations.
How can I improve the fuel efficiency of my diesel vehicle?
To enhance your diesel vehicle's fuel efficiency, consider these strategies: adhere to regular maintenance schedules, including oil changes and air filter replacements; maintain proper tire pressure; avoid aggressive acceleration and braking; drive at consistent speeds and minimize idling; and consider using fuel additives that help clean the fuel system and optimize combustion.
