I would NEVER recommend this place! Went in and bought oil for my turbo DIESEL Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagon and specified at least 10 times that the oil MUST coincide with a diesel. The employee assured me that it did. Made my purchase, changed my oil, drove about 750 miles and the vehicle kept feeling funny. Called the store and they told me NOT to put that oil in my car, when I told them to late they informed me that I needed to get it out ASAP. I called the district manager to get nowhere it was promised he would call me back the following day. Needless to say, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM DAKOTA, instead he had an employee call me and ask if I could come get the cash for an oil change. Of course I said yes, drove there for what the employee states was the highest amount places were charging for my oil change. I did my research and $68 isn't even as much as the cheapest oil change. I was told that I could NOT have a copy of the paperwork they asked me to sign, nor was I allowed to read it. They do NOT stand by their word! I will boycott AUTOZONE any and every chance that I get. A single mother that just got a new car (instead of one missing windows, paint, catalytic converter, interior lights, is not safe to have the kids in, needs work, etc) and now I have many issues bc some employee FAILED to listen to me and sold me the wrong oil. Schooling should be a must for the employees, that way this wouldn't happen. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE. I normally give very highly commendable reviews. There is a first for everything I guess.
