  Initial employee was lacking, waited an hour after pickup time to get vehicle. Vehicle we received was clean but handled very rough and the road noise inside the vehicle was loud. Employee at drop-off was helpful but busy so didn't get to voice my concerns on rental. If you use a debit card versus a credit card be warned, they charge an extra $300 up front at time of rental.

  We received a replacement vehicle due to flat tire. NO navigation. John helped us & we requested return of vehicle when tire replaced, not a problem returned for veh we were told it had been rented out. Logan from Tuc AZ reached out to them & was told van was still in shop & we could pick it up Saturday 5/2. When I called was by Alexia she had no idea what was going on (yet proceeded to tell me what we were given) shop closed with veh still not ready & it is John’s day off nothing could be done till Monday, we needed to hang up cause our conversation was headed nowhere. She would not call John on his day off. On top of all that when I asked for corporates phone number she gave me a phone number for an elementary school principal. Great customer service!

  My Mother and I drove an hour to get to the location and we had a reservation. Things were going smooth until the lady asked half way if she had a utility bill for some reason. On the website it didn’t say we required any other documentation besides an ID. So we were a little confused. My mother doesn’t have a way to show them so they said she has to pay with credit. My mother doesn’t have a credit card and didn’t think she’d need one because the site said you can pay with Debit or Credit with no stipulations attached. Well, that was a lie and also they do not accept Cashapp as a valid payment provider for some reason. So this is your notice for any Cashapp users here, DO NOT come here. Basically, we got our time wasted and didn’t get to rent a car because of lack of information. Kinda ridiculous and I don’t think we’ll be coming back here. It should be stated on the reservation that you need ALL of these things and not just something that gets thrown at you halfway through.

  Everyone I've talked to in the Poplar Bluff enterprise location was very professional n friendly. The vehicle was clean. They handled everything in a short time. I'd recommend enterprise to all my family n friends. Thank you N GOD BLESS

  Two times this week I have reserved a vehicle, set up a pick up time and confirmed that there is a vehicle to rent and just before my pick up time the office calls and said there is nothing available. Ridiculous system , unorganized office, and a waste of time to try and rent from the Poplar Bluff location.
