    Very dissatisfied did not have a car for me (which I had reserved well ahead of time) at the pick up time which was close to closing time & was told that they probably would not be getting anything in until the next morning at opening so in order to keep my plans I was told I could drive 1 hour away to pick up a car & it was almost 1 hour 30 minutes for me to get there. So very disappointed!!

    The whole thing was a disaster. They didn’t have the car that I asked for. I had to take a compact car which I didn’t want to take in the first place because I would be driving on the interstate. I didn’t have time to find another rental place. Just as I had thought, we were almost in two accidents because big trucks could not see us. On top of that, the brake started squeaking, and one of the air vents in the front didn’t have the grill. You couldn’t control the air-conditioning at all. I took it back three days early. It wasn’t safe. To top all of that off, I complained, and they didn’t even bother to try to make it right. I will never do it again.

    It's now 2 hours past my pick up time, and the insurance company is messaging me asking me to call and release my car, but I can't, because Enterprise won't give me the rental I have reserved through my insurance, so that I can go empty said vehicle.
