  Called several times to ensure I got SUV. I ended up with a mini van. That mini van turned off while I was moving (turning left). They rarely answer the phone. I stood in their lobby on hold while 2 of three people were available to pick up the phone. For my husband’s rental it was better experience though.

  We had a month of bad luck with multiple personal car issues, and 3x had to get a rental car from Enterprise in Platte Woods. The team there were phenomenal in helping with each process, especially Liz and Josiah who are truly amazing ... from a seamless rental process with the insurance company to rental extension to starting another new rental. Each time they've been professional, friendly, gracious and efficient in making sure the cars were ready to go. I've also watched the entire team's interactions with other customers who've gone in for other reasons, and they've handled each situation with the utmost professional care. We have rented cars from Enterprise - Platte Woods for 5 years and it's the only place we will rent from and highly recommend them for your next car rental needs.

  I want to thank Tait at this location for encouraging us to call the insurance company to get an upgraded rental after being in an accident. We were not at fault and we own a luxury sports car and they had us down with a 2 door Mitsubishi- you know the ones they sell for $10k brand new? Great car for someone (maybe…) but NOT for a 6’2” man. The vehicle was supposed to be comparable. - this wasn’t. I just appreciate Tait so Much for going above and beyond to ensure that we got at least a comfortable vehicle.

  Terrible experience, I had to come out of pocket for some additional coverage expenses that was never made clear to myself nor did they explain that I had to go into a store to cancel these additional coverages until I turned the car in. I would avoid this location unless you like paying a couple hundred for charges you didn’t even know about.

  Easy, quick, stress-free. Tate was really great, very professional and helpful. In fact, he was kind enough to let me hang around for a while I waited for my ride after dropping my car off. Low hassle and no drama during my insurance claim, which was a great help during a stressful time.
