    If I could do zero I would. Rented a car to help move my daughter to school. With in minutes of leaving the lot I realize the AM/FM radio does not work. I contact the store to report the issue, but continue with my plans. Return the car early due to a poor sounding/operating engine. Check my repciet, which I recieved almost a week after returning it to see and additional "damage deductible" on my bill with no additional explanation or contact from Enterprise. Worst experience with a rental company.

    I have booked a rental in July . When I arrived no car was available although my booking was made and confirmed two weeks in advance . They never contacted me to let me know .

    No rental cars when I arrived. Guy working the desk is worthless. Told me I myself needed to call and ask around to get a different car. By far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.

    This Enterprise location certainly has the best and most professional staff. I cannot thank them enough for getting me into a Car when there was none in the city to be rented due to the World Cup. Thanks again, Enterprise!!
