- CSCheyenne Stephens1 day ago5.0This Pilot was a very good experience for me. The service was amazing. Evan the store manager is a great person. He went out of his way to help me with my dog that had ticks from hiking. He showed me where the water spigot was so I could bathe her. He checked up on me during the process a few times. I see why he is the manager. Pilot should take care of him as he takes into account every customers needs and takes care of us truckers. Also, they keep the showers really clean.

- ADAngel DelaosaApr 26, 20261.0Pulled up to this pilot for diesel on 4/24/26 then parked and slept for the night. The next morning 4/25/26 I went thru pump #25 had an older gentleman that works there claimed I hit the pump. Mind you my trailer sits low as it is a hotshot trailer. They were quick to ask for my information and told me to just leave. Cops were called and as soon as the officer saw my trailer he told me there’s no marks on your trailer. Manager had to come out because the guy working there couldn’t pull up video. In the video it shows me clearing the pump with no issues. Didn’t touch either side even tho they claimed I did. Don’t recommend this pilot at all. I’ve been all over this country with no issues. Next time ya go blaming some one have proof. Thank you for ruining my morning and making me feel like I did something bad when in reality it was an 18 wheeler that hit ya pump.
