  Came in to pick up our RV and was greeted by Aiden & Scott. They helped inform us and offer great product choices. They were not pushy which was so nice. Did our walk through with Jacob. He was super informative and really knows his RV's. Truly appreciate your customer service. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Excited to travel. Thank you.

  Travers RV Service installed the wrong type of tire, forcing us to cancel the vacation we had planned for over a year. The camper had 44P (passenger) tires instead of 44LT (light truck) tires, but inflated them to the light truck PSI. The front left tire went flat on our way to Kansas City.  It was during the repair that we discovered they were the wrong type. The tire repairman told us it was not safe to continue our trip, and we were lucky that more of the tires did not blow out. He told us we could safely return to Saint Louis, but not to drive over 65. Our vacation was canceled due to the negligence of the employee(s) at Travers RV Service. We rented the camper through Outdoorsy, and the service specialist who responded to my email stated it is a "warranty issue" and that we should handle our complaint with Outdoorsy or the camper's owner. Neither Outdoorsy nor the owner put the wrong tires on the camper. Traverse RV Service was negligent and stopped responding to my emails or admitting their error. We or someone else could have been injured or killed. All six of the tires were meant for a CAR, not a CAMPER, but INFLATED to the tire PSI of a CAMPER. Please check all the work they complete on your camper. Sadly, one or more of their employees are not competent, and a supervisor does not check their work; therefore, you, the owner, must be the camper expert and verify that all work is completed correctly so you, your family, and others on the road may remain safe.

  My Travel Trailer needed to be inspected for insurance purposes. Contacting Travers and being able to work with Kevin Dodge and his team was exactly what I needed. He made sure that I understood the process as well as provided honest and thorough work. If you are looking for an honest and reliable team to work on your camper, I would recommend giving Kevin and his team the opportunity. I can't express how much I appreciate the honest work and transparency from him through pick up when all was completed.

  We were traveling through enroute to Lake of the Ozarks for a baseball tournament. We had the dreaded sulfur smell and stopped to have the batteries Inspected (they were 9 months old, so it wasn’t quite making sense). Scott and the team promptly understood our travel situation. Once the battery replacement was underway they identified the real culprit: a damaged inverter. The team clearly explained the what, how and why. They ordered the part for expedited delivery, installed it the next day, and got us back on the road! We can’t say enough about the quality of service and understanding our travel-thru situation. No more boiling batteries due to their careful attention (two other repair shops did not even consider or identify the issue). They even stored a bag of our groceries in their fridge overnight. On-the-road failures are a drag, but Travers really minimized the disruption and got us back on the road safely and efficiently!

  My experience with Travers was very great! I really liked the parts department where you can buy almost anything you need, but if Travers doesn't have the item you need in stock they can order it and they will call you when the item is in. 😀
