  My salesperson, Dylan was great. He was efficient and has a nice repour about him. This was the easiest and fastest I have ever bought a vehicle. I arrived at 5:25 and was walking out the door to have my picture taken with my new ride at 6:58!!!! My ONLY complaint was that it was supposed to be cleaned when they delivered it and the floor mats needs a good cleaning and the windows were horrible. That's the one thing eveyone wants to have done that first time at the dealership........THE WINDOWS CLEANED........because the rest of us suck at this so my windows are streak and I haven't even touched the very back three🙄🙄🙄

  Just starting with the lot when you pull in, and it’s so nice they have all the used cars on one side and new on the other. We came to this lot to find something in our price range that was used. Not only did we find the car of our dreams but they had so many cars at such a good price that made it so difficult to choose just one. You can’t go to a dealership has a brand new suv for 23,000 like they do! Josh was so good to us, and the whole team working with us for 6 hours making sure we got the right deal and payment that worked for us! 100% will always choose this dealership every time.

  My husband and I bought a 2023 Ram 1500 from Ozark Chevrolet today and it was a great experience. Wade Bailey made it painless and easy. He even installed our license plates onto the new vehicle from our trade in. He was easy going, thorough, and professional. Daniel, in financial, made sure to work with us to get the warranty and payment we wanted, even without us knowing exactly what we wanted. Zeb gave us a fair price for our trade in and was a pleasure to talk to. They all went above and beyond our expectations and their expertise/ knowledge was evident. We have bought from multiple dealerships within the last 10 years and this was the best impression and encounter we have had across 5 dealerships.

  Me and my wife bought a car from them this time last year and we recently just bought our second car with them. We have even trusted their shop to repair some damage we had at some point and had a good experience. As we were on the hunt to look for our second car, we knew that Ozark Chevrolet was a reliable dealership and that if we bought a car from them, than we would be paying for reliability. Brady was our sales person who helped us and he made the experience quick and easy. He and the shop made sure that the car was in the right condition we wanted and that they would do the work to prepare it for us. As returning customers with them, we are excited for our new car and have more peace of mind because of the dealer we purchased it through.

  Updated from 1 star to 5 star: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I originally left a lower review because we had several issues come up with our Yukon after purchasing it, including the rear A/C not actually being fixed and a few other things we discovered afterward. However, I wanted to update my review because the dealership really did work with us to get everything addressed. Nate and the service team (especially Kevin, I cannot write a review without mentioning him & how great he was!) were responsive, helpful, and willing to look into the concerns we had rather than dismissing them. They got the rear A/C properly fixed, went over the other issues we brought up, and ultimately took care of the exhaust manifold repair as well. We finished up the last repair today, and everyone we dealt with was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I really appreciate them following through and making things right. —————————————————— It’s time to find a new dealership! This place used to be the best! My family has bought multiple vehicles from them! We usually buy used (overpriced in my opinion, but we thought it was because of quality). The last two vehicles we bought have been disappointing! A GMC truck that the transmission went out only 3 months after buying it - we had the warranty for this…but jokes still on us, because we still ended up paying for most of it out of pocket. Bought another GMC & by this time they stopped even detailing the vehicles…this should have been my first red flag! But I trusted them since we’ve been loyal customers. But do they really care about what you buy? The quality of it? No. I did an “I owe you” for broken AC, was told it was fixed…it was not. I also had a scratch on it on the bumper & when asked about them fixing it, I was told, “they likely won’t, they’ve already put so much into this vehicle.” WOW, ok then! Before I bought it, I checked over everything but sometimes you miss things, but right before I left the parking lot, it turned on & was squealing. I was told it was just how GMC sound. On the way home from picking up my vehicle, it stops in the middle of the highway while going 65+ mph!! Easily could have killed someone! Turned out that someone left the wires loose on the battery & it came off & shut down the whole vehicle! Such a simple, stupid, & serious mistake! Something that’s not the vehicle’s issue, but the mechanics & how they are running things at Ozark Chevy now! Other things that are wrong with my GMC (luckily I’ve taken it to different mechanic, I will never bring another vehicle back to Ozark or shop with them again!): AC condensation leaking into passenger feet area (there was a leak in the hose), squealing (was multiple things between belts & exhaust leak & a whole screw missing from exhaust manifold), AC not working in the back of vehicle (never fixed like they said, turned out it needed a new part in the back), & battery cable loose…that’s just the basic what’s wrong with it. So, buyer beware! I would find somewhere else to shop!
