  Because your service department and dealership make you feel like a family not just a customer I keep being informed about your car what's going on with it if you need anything other than what you're getting done today they will let you know but they don't pressure you into getting it done this is a great dealership and service department I would recommend them to anybody

  My wife and I went into Ozark Chevrolet having already picked out a vehicle for our family from their online inventory. When we arrived, we were greeted by Caleb, who very quickly started working to help us locate the vehicle. After we walked around for a bit, Caleb’s inventory app updated and notified him that the vehicle we had picked had already sold. Caleb listened to our list of needs and helped us pick the perfect vehicle quickly. Caleb was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. During the sale, Daniel helped us out with financing and we had great conversation the entire time. They were able to meet all of our needs and keep us within the parameters of the budget that we told them that we’d set for ourselves. We also traded in our previous vehicle and they gave us a fair price and didn’t try to undervalue our trade. Overall a great experience and I would recommend Ozark Chevrolet (Caleb specifically) for all your vehicle needs!

  I highly recommend seeing Travis Beatty for your next car purchase. He has a wonderful attitude and respects his customers decisions. He wasn't pushy like the typical car salesman. He listened to what I asked for and made it happen. He literally sold a showroom floor model to the world's pickiest customer. I have looked for months, drove several cars, and frankly exhausted myself over this purchase. I wish I would have known about him from the start. Save yourself the stress, go see him for your next purchase. I know we certainly will be going to him in the future. Beautiful car and a wonderful experience. Thank you Travis, we love our 2026 Trailblazer.

  We have purchased two trucks from Ozark Chevrolet in the past 2 years. I would like to say the whole experience from start to finish was both fun and professional. Travis was our salesman and he really listens and and takes the time to make sure you have the right vehicle and that you are100% satisfied with your choice before you wver go inside. I can say with confidence that if I were looking at a vehicle at Ozark Chevrolet and any other dealership and the vehicle at Ozark was 5000.00 more than other dealer I would choose Ozark Cheverolet everytime. Billy was also a great help and kind to us during a time where we are making some life changing decisions while guiding us through our experience with ease. What can we say about their service department? We live over an hour from Ozark Cheverolet and I have used their service department as well. I highly recommend you try them as they are carring and professional to each customer I had a privilege to watch them work with. 5 star rating to the whole dealership!!! I did not get to meet the owner but I can tell that his employees are an extension of his core beliefs and that is a great feeling. For whatever its worth and if you read this review, you owe it to yourself to go meet and purchase your next vehicle from these folks!!!

  I bought my daughter's first car here. I expressed to Brady that I was really nervous about buying her a car only to have something go wrong immediately because she is just starting out in life. He reassured me that they check out their vehicles really well and that the dealership is good to work with people after purchase. Honestly, I thought..yeah right, customer service is dead and legally you purchase "as is" so they don't have to do anything. I ended up buying her car there, a 2013 Honda Civic. The experience was fantastic and easy. No high pressure push to buy an extended warranty. Everyone was so kind. Well, the morning after she took the car home it wouldn't start. Ozark Chevrolet scheduled an appointment right away to check it out. They replaced the battery & they didn't stop there. They looked into the source of the problem and replaced the alternator as well. The service department was courteous and efficient. I was blown away. It turns out, Brady wasn't just giving a sales pitch. He just works for a great dealership. To the owners and management of Ozark Chevrolet, when you do right by people, it pays off because you now have my future business and word of mouth advertising. I have already had several people that were so impressed the said they would check you out when they need a vehicle or services. Thank you!
