  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS FOR WADE! I cannot say enough good things about our salesman, Wade! If you are looking for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Wade. He truly went above and beyond for me from beginning to end. He spent three days helping me figure out exactly what I wanted, and not once did he make me feel rushed, pressured, or like I was taking up too much of his time. Financing wasn’t the issue—I simply had no idea what I wanted! 😂 I looked at different vehicles, changed my mind, and asked plenty of questions, and Wade was patient with me through all of it. What really says a lot about Wade is that he even spent his entire day off talking with me and helping me figure out what vehicle I wanted. He certainly didn’t have to do that. That was his personal time, but he was still there answering my questions, going over different vehicles with me, and helping me make the right decision. I honestly don’t know many salespeople who would go that far for a customer. And Wade had his work cut out for him because, at 59 years old, this is the very first Chevy I have ever purchased! 😂 I have always been a Ford person, and when I started shopping, I actually thought I wanted a new Bronco. Then I took a Bronco for a test drive. I quickly realized it just wasn’t the vehicle for me. Once I drove the 2027 Chevy Equinox RS, there really wasn’t much of a comparison in my opinion. The Equinox had a much smoother ride, I liked the features better, and overall it just felt like a better vehicle for me. And I have to say it—I think the Equinox looks better too! 😂 I absolutely LOVE my new 2027 Chevy Equinox RS! ❤️ Mine is black with the red RS accents, and it is absolutely gorgeous. It rides so smoothly and has so many features that I’ll probably still be figuring some of them out a year from now! 😂 I honestly couldn’t be happier with my choice. When I went to pick it up, Wade had it completely detailed and ready for me. Of course, it was brand new, so I’m sure it didn’t need much, but that extra attention meant a lot. It was spotless, beautiful, and ready for me to drive home. What impressed me most about Wade was that I never felt like I was dealing with someone who was simply trying to sell me a car. He took the time to listen to what I wanted—even when I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted myself! 😂 He answered my questions, gave me the time I needed, and helped me find the best vehicle for me and my budget without ever pressuring me to make a decision. After being a Ford person all these years, I never thought I’d be writing a review saying how much I love my new Chevy, but here we are! 😂❤️ Wade helped make a Chevy believer out of me. I will absolutely recommend Wade to my family, friends, and anyone else looking for a vehicle. And I already know this won’t be the last vehicle we buy from him. My husband needs a truck next, and when that time comes, we’ll be going straight back to Wade! Thank you, Wade, for your patience, kindness, for giving up your day off to help me, and for making what could have been a stressful experience such a great one.   Cannot say enough good things about their service Department. They will shoot straight with you and I appreciate their level of integrity and honesty. As the wife of a combat wounded veteran who desperately needed straightforward answers they were able to help us navigate a very difficult situation for which I’m very grateful for. We could definitely tell they were looking out for us rather than trying to just upsell us and that means a lot. So if you’re looking for a surface department, even for a non-Chevy vehicle to do your regular maintenance that you can count on and trust I highly recommend the service department at Ozark Chevrolet.

  I wanted to say how great our salesman Skyler was. My husband Luke called up yesterday morning told Skyler the truck that he was interested in. Skyler made sure it was ready for my husband and I to look at when we arrived. He was very friendly, easy to talk with, very knowledgeable, helpful, & answered all of mine and my husband Luke's questions. He took us for a fun test drive and told us all of the ins & outs of our Chevrolet Z71 RST and also took the time to put the app on my phone that works our truck. Daniel our finance manager was also very easy to talk with and answered all of our questions as well, these two gentlemen made our experience here the easiest we have ever had purchasing our new truck. We will definitely be letting our friends, family, clients, and coworkers know how amazing Ozark Chevrolet is. We are definitely 💯 % a customer for life thank you again Skyler & Daniel.

  Bought a used vehicle here just over a month ago. The car had a warranty that apparently wasn't supposed to be on there, but they honored it. Thank God too, and I'll get to why. First of all, this was the first time I've ever bought a car, new or used, and didn't get a full tank of gas. Literally drove off the lot with the gas light on. There was a horrible animal smell and the seller told us he'd take care of it. His idea to take care of it was to put car fresheners all around the vehicle. They literally have the equipment to take care of this and just didn't. My husband used our carpet shampooer and there were six gallons of black water that came out 🤢 (see attached photo). After dealing with that, we noticed the car was making a weird humming like sound when you switched gears. This is where the warranty comes into play. Had it not been for that and how amazing the service department was, I'd be leaving a 1 star review. Thankfully, it was not an engine issue either. So kudos to the service team. Other areas need some work.

  I bought a used car up there last month, the only complaint I had after test driving it was it had an animal smell. They said they would take care of it. Their way of taking care of it was throwing air fresheners all around it. I had to use my carpet shampooer to get it. I pulled out 6 gallons of black water. Between that and driving off the lot and realizing I had an empty tank of gas. Only time in my life a tank of gas wasn't thrown in on the purchase. Shortly after I noticed the car started to make a noise. This is why I give them a three star and not a worse rating, I took it in they made sure they located what was going on and fixed it, free of charge. I give their service department a full 5 star glowing review. But yeah, when buying it, I guess shame on me for not making them get rid of the smell before I bought it.
