  I stopped in without an appointment for new tires and an oil change and the team was able to assist me right away! The service was prompt, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I also had my two young children (ages 4 and 2) with me, which can make waiting for vehicle service a challenge. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They put on Paw Patrol for the kids, introduced us to their friendly shop dog, and were incredibly kind and engaging with my children throughout our visit. Their thoughtful customer service, combined with the speed and quality of their work, made for an excellent experience. I truly appreciated the extra effort they put into making the visit enjoyable for my family. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for future service needs!

  This was the Greatest experience I have ever had an auto shop in my 52 years! Mitchem Tire and Wheel in Ozark on 17th street went above and beyond to help me and my son look over and inspect a SUV we were looking at buying. Dragon running the front desk and reception was so welcoming and friendly - he made the experience exceptional. Jessica, Noah and Shawn all jumped into the job to i spect the vehicle thoroughly. I was able to talk with them about several aspects of the car. They had great knowledge and insight and treated me and my son so friendly and respectfully. I was blown away. Thank you so much!! I give this shop the highest possible rating and recommendation! Mitchem is an awesome local business all across the Springfield area. You can tell the ownership and leadership hires great people!! Thank you!

  Group of great guys working here that will take the time out of their day to sit and help you diagnose and fix whatever vehicle issues youre struggling with. Steven is an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful mechanic. Great service. Great atmosphere. Friendly.

  These guys are absolutely amazing!! Both times I’ve had a headlight out this place has gotten me in and out within the hour. They also have a super sweet puppy now too! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
