    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called the day before my reservation to confirm that our 15-passenger van would be available and was assured everything was set. When I arrived to pick it up, there was no van available and no comparable replacement option offered. To make matters worse, there was no manager available to speak with and no effort was made to provide a solution to the problem. We were left scrambling at the last minute to make other arrangements. Confirming a reservation apparently means nothing here. Extremely disappointing customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

    Waited 2 hours to finally get a car & it wasn’t even the car that I reserved the reservation for (wasn’t a full sized car). There were about 15 people in the same situation as I was and all had to wait 1.5 hours+ to be helped. They also refuse to answer the phone. Would definitely recommend taking your busy to a different car rental.

    The Best rental company ever. There is not enough words to describe how well Enterprise is so amazing. 5 rentals in 2 years and and nothing but satisfaction. Well always rent from Enterprise. Thank you so much.

    Worthless. They’ll tell you they have a car booked for you but will then immediately call you back to say never mind. Do not recommend doing business with them.
