- SHSamantha HendricksApr 26, 20265.0Came here to switch out a rental from another location… it was a busy Saturday at a small location and the guy working was incredibly helpful despite a few hiccups and confusion on our end. He could have easily written us off or gotten annoyed with our situation, but he was friendly and happy to help. I didn’t catch his name, but he said he’d only been an intern/part time until recently and kept apologizing for needing to call his manager to figure something out. We really appreciated his patience and help getting our vehicle switched out!

The first year we rented a car they called us the day we were supposed to leave and told us that the all-wheel-drive vehicle that we were supposed to have for our trip was not available so we settled for a 2 Wheel drive vehicle ended up having to cut our trip short two days because of the weather that was coming in and the vehicle wouldn’t have been able to travel on i. We rebooked again this year with an all-wheel-drive vehicle again. They just phoned us saying they don’t have an all-wheel-drive vehicle that we’re gonna have to take a 2 Wheel drive vehicle again for the second time in a row. sSo if you want nothing but problems and hassle this is the place to go.
