  The wait was extremely long , after getting my oil change I had to return back the same day because the technician under my car left the entire plate unscrewed and it was flapping scraping the concrete on the highway

  The young lady I had was very very personable. She was very sweet. She smiled. She asked questions and I witness her training a young guy who asked questions as well. The team Work was very very on point.

  Most of these guys do not know how to drive stick, 6/23 it took the actual owner to drive the car into the garage. They talked and laughed and did that more than servicing the cars. I remained patiently after 2 hours with only two cars ahead of me. It is not anything less than an hour at this location. Try another or go to Dobbs or jiffy lube who are more timely and efficient.

  I’m really really disappointed with the service and the complete lack of follow-up from management. After my oil change, the technicians failed to properly close and secure the oil filler cap. As a result of this apparent human error, oil leaked throughout my engine compartment and vehicle while I was driving. Since the service was completed, I have made multiple trips between Missouri and Chicago. During that time, oil continued to spread throughout the engine bay, creating a serious inconvenience and raising concerns about potential damage to my vehicle. I only recently discovered that the oil filler cap had been left unsecured following the oil change. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I have been trying to contact the management team for more than three weeks. Each time, I’m told that someone will call me back, but no one ever does. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter professionally, it feels like nobody genuinely cares about addressing the issue or taking responsibility. This oversight should never happen during a routine oil change. I trusted this company to perform basic maintenance correctly, and instead I was left dealing with an oil leak, concerns about my vehicle's condition and reliability, and weeks of unanswered requests for assistance. I hope management finally takes this matter seriously and contacts me to provide a proper resolution.

  oil change new battery service horrible less than 24 hours I had to call roadside to jump my car the had to break in my car no power my car completely shut down and although corporate said replace battery manager told workers to test it first my new battery 240 dollars read at the same amount or lower than the new battery. My car was find I only got battery as a recommendation so I wouldn't have to worry down the road. The fact im missing work and the top guy really didn't want to replace the battery like im lying who got time to run up here days in a row. No compensation after taking my hard earn money. I've come here in the past and customer care really cared and stated I didn't have to use my 3 year warranty but the inconvenience bad business
