  Crystal is a for sure angel. She's patient and answered all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable. This Dobbs is phenomenal!!! Will return for sure!!

  I called and scheduled an appointment but when I got there, they said they didn't have anyone available so I scheduled an appointment for another one in WEEKS in advance. When I got there the next month the same thing happened. This place has poor customer service

  I noticed my tire had lost air. I was about 4 blocks away. The service tech came out discovered there was something in the tire. Was able to get the tire fixed immediately! We have been customers there for a long time. The customer service we receive is always 100%. Staff is helpful,friendly ,competent and consistent.

  Seemingly great repair job / good service but they definitely quoted me 200$ less on the phone and acted like they hadn’t when I picked up my car after 2 days of it being with them. Also literally never asked them for the BS “lifetime full breaks warranty” it was offered to me after my last service with them and it only knocked off 180$ of a several hundred dollar brake repair again. Fix your marketing dobbs before u just offer ppl a lifetime full break warrenty and can’t back it up / only give partial credits.
