  These guys are always fast and efficient. I've never had a moment's trouble here. They are always honest with me whether it's what I wanna hear or not. I've been coming to the shop for probably 15 years. And I see no reason to go anywhere else

  We have always used the Dobbs Overland and the service has been great every time. Robert is very nice and explains everything well. He knows his customers and is always willing to go above and beyond to get the work done.

  They were able to get me in same day for emissions inspection despite how busy they were! During their Dobb's version inspection they told me that since my taillight cover was damaged that it would have failed a true safety inspection. They had me pay a down payment and wait for them to get the part in and install it. Month passed and I called asking for an update. Was told that the part had been on backorder but should arrive 2 days later but I would be contacted when it was in. Several more weeks passed when I called again for an update. They said to stop by that day since they had several of the part I needed was lying around. I came in they replaced the taillight cover and apologized for the lack of communication. Plus they told me they were having several issues with the one that should have contacted me. Honestly was happy they got me in same day for inspection but I don't think I will return. Simply due to the fact that it took a month and a half to just replace a taillight cover. Especially since I don't truly believe that the taillight was on backorder but instead forgotten to be ordered in the first place but that's just speculation.

  I will never take my vehicle back to Dobbs anywhere after my experience with this jobs at this location. I went in about 4 days ago for wheel alignment my truck was veering off to the right and when I went to pick my truck up they said that everything was fixed and wheel alignment was done but yet my truck still veers to the right the exact same it did before I dropped it off and also when I pick my truck up I intentionally loosen my passenger side lug nuts just to see if they actually did the work and believe it or not they did not the lug nuts was still loose when I picked my truck up.

  I had great service from here everyone was super nice and the job was done well from what I can tell now. The only reason I won't give five stars is because they gave me an assessment of my car and how it's doing and they told me my windshield wipers are in good shape but they are actually in need of being replaced and I already knew that from the get-go and then also other parts of my car that I know for sure needs to be replaced were said to be in pretty good condition... But they're not LOL. And I thought that it would have been a nice touch had they not sent me on my way with my tire pressure light on and had they just refilled my windshield wiper fluid which was completely empty. Nine times out of 10 when you go to do a service and a lot of places they will check and top off your fluids and things like that this place didn't do that and it just felt a little lackluster because of that. But that's not really to complain just to give a suggestion for later maybe. My services were good and I will most likely return when I need car service
