  Had a rental through this location which was paid for by insurance due to an accident. From the initial call with Reed he was dismissive of our needs. We rented a full size SUV (which insurance approved) because we are a large family. We have 4 children in car seats and that requires a big vehicle. Reed asked us to bring it back on a Thursday (which is an hour round trip) because someone else reserved it for the weekend. Not sure why they were more important than us but we brought it back because Reed gave his word we would get it back by Monday evening or Tuesday morning. Today is Tuesday afternoon and we have heard nothing. We called and Reed states the other customer extended their booking and he didn’t know what to tell us. Basically too bad so sad, and he hung up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would use another location if possible. We called the Jefferson City location and they have been nothing but friendly on both occasions. I did call corporate and the 3 associates I spoke to were kind and helpful. All 3 associates also stated it made no sense to handle the situation the way he did (having us return the full size SUV when we had it reserved). Seems like Reed needs further customer service training. Rude, empty promises, and hanging up on customers.

  I rented two cars in the last two months from the Enterprise location in Osage Beach, MO. I worked with Jake and Reed, and both of them were wonderful to work with. The customer service was outstanding and I will use this location anytime I need to rent a vehicle. The rental process was simple and I was in and out quickly. Extra shout out to Reed who remembered I was taking my daughter to a dance competition and asked how it went when we dropped the car off. Both Jake and Reed were very personable and professional.
