I would never recommend anyone using Dobbs in Osage Beach for anything more than putting air in a tire! We had them work on my son's car that out of the blue stopped running as he pulled into his parking lot and it took them a month and a half to find out it was two wires touching in the dash somewhere. I understand taking the dash apart is tedious work but a month and a half seems excessive but even after the called and said it was "fixed" we pick it up and the radio and a/c now were not working and there was no power steering even though I was the one who steered it into a parking spot before the tow truck arrived and it was completely fine with the key turned on. We go back after driving down the road and they hook up the wires they forgot to hook back up after they "fixed" it and the radio and a/c were working again, they then proceeded to tell us it will be 3,000 dollars to fix the power steering that was functioning perfectly before it was in their possession! I would give 0 stars but was unable To the owner how would I reach you?

Wonderful place to buy tires. Everyone friendly and knowledgeable. Also very clean store. Price on tires was fantastic. Pleasantly surprised to be told there was a 150 dollar discount for set of tires.

Although, I had Many People ahead of me. The wait was well worth the wait to fix a nail in My Tire! From Start to Finish - Everything/Everyone was Pleasent to deal with! Maco(My Service Dog) and I are Internally Grateful! All's well - ends well! Bless Everyone - Beyond Measure! Thank You! To the Young lady whom came out on the Floor and Talked to Maco and Me! Made me feel like a valued Customer. It was a Very Weary Day and Your: Store - Lifted My Spirit! Made My Ride Home. Very Enjoyable!... Was a Very Busy Day and I needed to go home on a good feeling!
