  I brought my truck in for a flat issue. This flat took over two hours. To my surprise when I got back an hour after leaving for some breakfast the hood was up. Shortly after I returned the service manager came out and pointed out that I needed an air filter in his opinion. Little did he know I had just looked at it a couple weeks before, and I had determined it was fine and when the oil was changed I would change it at that time. A lot of light was coming through it. That was one thing that upset me but when I drove it for two hours after the engine light came on. I when to auto parts store and it the MAF sensor went off. I reviewed everything associated with the air filter horn was loose on the engine. The clamp was never tightened down. I may never go back to this or any Dobbs store in the future. It’s a shame I liked the front personal.

  What lifesavers! We called 15 minutes before they closed, they had several people ahead of us and they still helped us get back on the road with smiles. Just awesome! Highly recommend.

  I’m not one to usually post negative reviews but I feel that this is needed. I took my car in for a leak in my tire. They didn’t have it back there for more than 5 minutes and came out with a picture and said “it’s not able to be patched” and tried to sell me 4 new tires. They tried to get me to agree and order tires that day and when I told them I was going to shop around, they said they’re the best price in town guaranteed. I went down the road to Parkway Plaza had James order the same exact tires and it was way cheaper than what Dobbs quoted. Dobbs will tell you they provide FREE rotations and road hazard but they bill you for it, it’s not free…. Dont fall for that. Fast forward to today, I go to pick up my car from Parkway and what do you know….it was able to be patched and he didn’t try to “sell” me tires because he could. That’s what trust and honesty looks like. I will never recommend this business or take my vehicles here again.

  I have been in the auto repair business for 40 years and treated my customers like they were very important people like they are. Even though I haven't had to pay very much for my auto repairs in the past, I now know what it feels like to be at the other side of the counter. Most places I visit for repairs have no clue that I am a master technician and so I can tell when someone behind the counter either knows what they are talking about or just making up stories. I came to town for a fishing tournament from Michigan and soon after, my change oil soon indicator light came on. I called around to check prices and I found a store that gave me a decent price on a oil change so I was on my way. Well I ended up in the wrong store that I didn't call and went in and talked to this nice lady behind the counter. I realized my mistake and she gave me a price and it was more than what I was quoted from the other store so I apologized and said that the other store gave me a lower price and she said we can beat that price. I won't stay if they just price match but I will if it's a lower price which she did. They got me in within minutes and when it was all done I was handed a receipt with a rebate coupon. Bonus. So from the beginning I was treated like a important person and it never ended. Thank you so much. If I ever come to town again I will definitely use this company.
