The big country boy said they wouldn't do my oil change without replacing it. Sent me to their other location where they did my oil change and talked me out of changing the filter. Asked me if I wanted my other fluids changed but when I said yes, they didn't have my recommended fluids. I just got my basic oil change and paid wayyy too much.

They ran out of the oil filter for my car and had to go to a different valvoline to get one. Lack of communication throughout the whole process. very slow. The only person to communicate was someone in training so thank you to him!!
