  I approved three things to be done on my car: rotors, pads, oil change and was told the total. When I arrived to get my car the price was more than $150 higher than quoted. I looked at the invoice and more was done so I refused to pay. Then I was told that you would hold my car until the morning so they could ask whoever I spoke with. I made it clear that I was a) leaving with my car now and b) not paying for what I didn't approve of. I repeated twice that he needed to call a manager; the employee kept arguing with me. Finally he called to the shop and the bill was adjusted in less than a minute. This tells me that a) your employees know that your company does shady things like this as a matter of course and b) there was no reason for your receptionist to argue with me as he knew what the eventual result would be. Doing things not approved and expecting me to pay for it anyway is unacceptable. You operate your business dishonestly and in bad faith. Dobbs will no longer receive my business. I will actively encourage my family, friends and colleagues to discontinue their business with you as well. I have no time or money to deal with liars and grifters.

  Brake pads and fluid service. Dobbs was straightforward and up front about pricing. I needed to get our vehicle in fairly quickly and they accommodated me and completed same day! Dobbs on telegraph has been my go to ever since moving to the Oakville area.

  John & Chris did a great job taking care of things. Had tires replaced and wheel alignment performed. Received before and after printout of wheel alignment. I appreciate seeing things like this. Shows proof there was an issue and that it was corrected.

  Everyone was pleasant I came. Without an appointment and I was taking care of right away. I come there often for my needs and they are very accommodating and pleasant . So I will be back. Thank you.

  I've dealt with Dobbs for a very long time. My uncle was even a store manager for quite some time. I have recently bought 4 brand new tires for my work truck, the biggest, meatiest, I could get. 4 brand new Michelin for the wife's car, 4 brand new Perelli's, plus 2 extra for the same type of leak in both tires... on the wall, for my personal vehicle. They still wouldn't budge with a deal. They had the audacity to give me a discount of 10 dollars on a 300+ amount tire. You've lost a lot of business from me and my family on that one.
