  I had a screw in our tire.I called and they got me in within 45 min They patched the tire and had the four tires rotated and balanced and out the door in a reasonable amount of time

  I called the Oakville location of Dobbs on a Saturday morning after finding my one tire with steel showing through on Friday night. I knew I needed to replace my tires but now it became an emergency. We had a wedding later that day that we needed to get to and Jon told me to bring it right up. Jon and his team had me back on the road right away! I appreciate their concern, efficiency, and professionalism.

  The Oakville location and Jon were very helpful and professional and courteous. Certainly 5 star service. I greatly appreciate the service and the follow up. The team checked my battery and told me it would be smart to replace it. The next day I did so, and was pleased that I was made aware of this. This is outstanding customer service and Jon and his team are to be recognized. All of the work done was completed on time . Thanks for providing such a competent service center. Bob Marshak
