  Had to have the transmission in my son’s cars replaced. It was recently purchased and came with a warranty. The work that Dobbs did to get the warranty company to pay was above and beyond what was expected from them. It felt like they were always doing what was in my best interest. I would highly recommend this location!

  We had a total battery failure at the Home Depot in South County, so we called the nearest Dobb’s location in Oakville. Robert, the Transportation Manager there, picked us up from the parking lot and drove us to their Oakville Center. He oversaw the entire battery sale and even looked up the tool sizes needed to replace the battery at Home Depot. After we bought the new battery, Robert drove us back so we could install it on the spot. Outstanding service from Robert and the Oakville staff! Thank you for helping us out—we truly appreciate your commitment to your customers.

  IF YOU NEED TIRES, PLEASE GO TO DOBB'S on Telegraph. I have purchased my tires from Dobb's several times and for some reason I decided to buy new tires at Sam's this time. Big mistake! But Jon Werner, the Telegraph Dobb's manager, fixed everything!! I Dropped my car off at Sam's this morning and went in to buy groceries. Then the Sam's Tire Shop called me and said they couldn't get one of the lug nuts off the 4th tire because it was stripped. They said they didn't have the right tool. OK...wait, aren't they a tire shop??? On top of that, the one tire they couldn't get off had a tire that was now going flat when they pulled it out! They told me I had to take it to a "real mechanic" to get the lug nut off and then come back to have the 4th tire put on!!! Are you kidding me??? I called the Oakville Dobb's and Jon Werner, the new manager answered. I told him the story and he said BRING IT RIGHT IN!!! Now this is a Saturday morning when they are swamped. I went straight there and Jon pulled my car in, got that lug nut off in about 2 minutes and put the new tire on that I just bought from Sam's. 🫣 (I'm ashamed lol) I asked how much I owed him and he said "You don't owe me anything" I"m a Dobb's customer for life! THANK YOU

  Jon Werner and Oakville Dobbs are the only place you should take your car in Oakville. Other places lied to me but Dobbs told me the truth and made sure I only got fixed what needed to be fixed. As a lawyer, I don't trust a lot of places, but I trust Jon Werner and Dobbs!

  I have been a customer of Dobbs for over 25 years. Probably 20 years at the Oakville location. Imagine my surprise when I was charged almost $45 for a tire repair (small nail in tire). During my time with Dobbs I have purchased around 10 sets of tires and have had some repair work done occasionally. I know free repair is a benefit of buying the tires. I purchased the vehicle the tire was on in December. Yes it is going to need some tires soon and I told them I would be back to buy them there...even though I have moved and currently live close to another Dobbs. Not doing it for free was one thing..but $45 for a loyal customer? With this kind of treatment I won't be back or endorse Dobbs as I have been doing for over 25 years! Sign me as a dissatisfied customer!
