  Had my Toyota FJ alignment and state inspection done there this past weekend and I couldn’t be happier. The alignment is PERFECT, and the rest all went wonderful as well. Jon, the store manager even offered to take me home and pick me up. Talk about convenience! Will always be back. Thanks so much again to Jon and his staff for taking such great care of my FJ.

  Just wanted 4 new tires installed. Dropped at 7:30 am. Checked back at 11. Not ready. Waiting for front end alignment check that came w tires. Asked to be called when done. If really late just put key and bill in keep. Already pd. Picked up at 6:40. Immediately dash read front left tire low by 7 lbs. drove home since Dobbs closed. Drove back at 10 Am had the manager check it snd had air added. Drove 40 miles and the dash never changed. Now I’m going back on Mon. My guess is they didn’t seal the tire all the way around or there is a faulty stem. Hues they will be removing the tire and making sure both things are right. INCONVIENENCE!!!

  I pulled into Dobbs unfortunately but fortunately I waited until the last minute to get my oil changed but it wasn't a big deal. The customer service front desk gentleman I believe his name was Chris was superb. He informed me of the service that they offer & saved me a couple bucks as a military veteran. Solid dude, shoot straight, and we'll get your car squared away. Definitely going back even if I have to go out my way..

  We purchased tires from Dobbs last year. Recently had a problem with a tire leaking air quickly when on uneven pavement , and a slow leak over time. Dobbs in Oakville ,at 5635 Telegraph , test drove and checked the tire and valve for leaks. Nothing found. Rim was fine , not bent. Removed the tire from the rim and found a finish nail between the tire bead and rim. They remounted the tire and were finished within an hour of my arrival. No charge. All they asked for was a high five, literally. They could have easily said I needed a new tire. We will definitely use this Dobbs again. Courteous , and very fair. Thank you, it’s nice to see there are still honest people among us. 😊

  The service was for tire replacement. Drop off went smoothly, and the service was performed faster than expected. Dobbs price matched another quote I had, so pricing was good. Pick-up went quickly as well. I was in the store for maybe 5 minutes total for drop-off and pick up. The staff in the store was friendly and professional. The only two issues I had were that the tire pressure was not set correctly and the blue protective coating on the white lettering was not removed (faced in on the installation). Factory spec is 29 PSI. The fronts were at 38 PSI and the rears were at 35 PSI. Not a big deal, but I expect a bit more for a company with "Tire" in their name.
