- GMGavin MiddletonAug 15, 20261.0Been here multiple times no issues in the past. Until today has been my favorite car wash. Took my wife’s vehicle through and paid for the premium wash after vacuuming and cleaning it out I realized it didn’t clean it too well and was kind of unhappy with the wash. I pulled around and asked if there was any way they could resend it through and they told me no and they wanted me to pay for the membership or a new wash.

- WKWilliam KalzMay 27, 20261.0I purchased the top wash for $30 And it did not clean the vehicle very well. I tried to show the attendant to see if we could run it again. He offered the use of the bug juice to remove the dirt off of the hood tailgate and rocker panels. I personally don't trust putting chemical on a vehicle without a rinse after so I'm just out $30.This is a new vehicle with 300 miles, It was not excessively dirty. I am glad I did not buy a subscription wash package as intended. Maybe it does well on smaller vehicles, but it did terrible on a full size truck.

I watched the app kick him out like 3 times and I didnt have the time to mess with it today..... should've been a simple 5min task.... I will be canceling and requesting a refund though ASAP..... Within the week..... And ill go elsewhere
