Pretty shady. They will damage your tires and refuse to reimburse you. Beware. I'm out $350 for a giant gash right at the tread in a 10 ply truck tire where the machine 'skipped' under my tire and left me sitting at the wheel wash for a bit until the machine caught up with me again and jerked me forward. the manager will recall you and acknowledge the issue, and then you'll file a claim and argue with 'bots' who want to explain how the "soft touch brushes" cant cause tire damage, and then shift to claim that since you didnt come in until the following morning, it couldnt have been them.

Been here multiple times no issues in the past. Until today has been my favorite car wash. Took my wife’s vehicle through and paid for the premium wash after vacuuming and cleaning it out I realized it didn’t clean it too well and was kind of unhappy with the wash. I pulled around and asked if there was any way they could resend it through and they told me no and they wanted me to pay for the membership or a new wash.
