Truck is in the shop so I scheduled maintenance letting them know it would be out of commission and that I couldn't get it in for calibration on time. They said I would have to tow my vehicle in order to get it fixed, then tow it to the service center as the device will be in lock-out. This will probably cost me $100's. Find a better company, there are plenty that will do a better job than Intox-a-joke. Issue #2 with this company: They put me in lockout while my vehicle was in maintenance and charged me and additional $75 to remove the lockout, plus the $40 from my calibration center. The calibration center tried calling customer service because he was unable to remove the lockout and stated he had to raise his prices due to the EXTERMELY long wait times to get ahold of a representative from Intoxalock.
