And then when I needed to adjust the headrest and was having trouble in the replacement vehicle, Kevin and the crew there went well above and beyond to help me. In the heat in the middle of the day too. Vehicle was clean and in great shape too. Fantastic folks and a fantastic experience here.

Showed up at noon as instructed. No cars avail. Was told maybe at 4 or 5 pm they would have a car. !!!AVOID!!! this place if you need a car at a certain time. Hertz at K and 40 had plenty. Wow - who runs a business like that?

They are clearly understaffed and unprepared to service the customers who made appointments. The waiting area was so packed with people waiting for their cars there wasn't even enough seats for everyone. If you are going to make your customers wait for 2 hours you could at least stock your waiting area with sufficient chairs, offer free WiFi, and charging ports for our phones. Or, maybe just plan ahead and staff your office with enough employees to handle your appointments.

Only go here if you want to waste an hour or more picking up a rental vehicle that you reserved ahead of time expecting to save yourself time. If you’re not on a schedule you’re fine, but don’t expect anything to happen quickly here. Furthermore, don’t expect the vehicle you reserved to be here either. They will tell you that your reserved something else online and claim they have no vehicles available even though the lot is full.
