I called when I arrived at the shop and they couldn’t find my reservation and told me I was too far away to pick up and told me to call the wentzville location. When I call the Wentzville location they found my reservation under the O’Fallon location but assisted any way due to this location having no clue what they are doing. If my insurance company allowed me to use any other rental company I would have done it. Enterprise has continuously gone down hill over the years and this proves why I will never personally rent from them ever!

I was told it was only $18 and after declining the offer, the “salesperson” continued his pitch and basically didn’t give up until I agreed. During this time he stated the ‘only $18’ quote multiple times NEVER mentioning this was per day. I am livid and appalled and deserve a full refund of these charges.

I waited over an hour for my car and needed it by 8:00am. I will not be using this location in the future because they do not value the customer's time. It was a pretty awful experience considering Enterprise's standards.

He helped me with the features and was just extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the entire experience. He had a very fun and laid-back demeanor, which I enjoyed when dealing with something that’s not typically a super fun task. The rest of the team was also great. My only small slight complaint is just the cleanliness of the vehicle could have been better. They were extremely busy and it did seem like a rushed detail job. Thank you again Drew!
