  Since when does a $50 car wash not include scrubbing the bugs off. It's the customers responsibility to do the hard work and still pay top dillar and expect a tip. Sorry excuse for a full service wash. Not sure when the service industry decided that was proper service. Will not be returning to Waterway, they have gotten to comfortable with subpar service for top dollars paid, so sad. This used to be somewhere to get top tier service not any longer....

  You spend $50 bucks but you are responsible to self wash the bugs on the front of the car yourself. What did we pay for?

  A good place to get your car washed while traveling While visiting the O'Fallon, Missouri area, we decided to stop at Waterway Carwash to clean the car after several days of traveling. The location was easy to find and offered both fuel and a car wash, making it convenient to take care of both at the same stop. We filled up with gas first before heading through the wash. Since this was our first visit to a Waterway location, we weren't familiar with how everything worked. The wash itself was straightforward, and after it was finished, we pulled into one of the vacuum and detailing spaces to wipe down the car. A staff member politely informed us that we had parked in an area reserved for VIP members and directed us to the appropriate area for standard customers when we were pretty much done. It was an easy mistake for first-time visitors to make, but the employee handled it professionally and courteously. The facility itself was very clean and well maintained. The vacuum and detailing areas seemed well organized. The prices also seemed very reasonable for the services provided. Overall, we had a good experience despite our brief confusion about the parking areas. Between the clean facility, courteous staff, reasonable prices, and convenient location, I would recommend this Waterway Carwash to fellow travelers or anyone in the O'Fallon area looking to give their vehicle a good cleaning.

  I paid for the whole thing, plus $10 extra for third row/cargo and floor mats. The floor mats literally only got vacuumed. There was still dust on them. They didn’t even wipe down most of the inside. The seats didn’t even look like they got vacuumed. The outside still had dirt. They just respond by telling you to come back within five days to have them “touch up” if it’s not right. Why should I have to take more time coming back to them and explaining when they could simply do it right the first time?
