- MMMJun 24, 20261.0I paid for the whole thing, plus $10 extra for third row/cargo and floor mats. The floor mats literally only got vacuumed. There was still dust on them. They didn’t even wipe down most of the inside. The seats didn’t even look like they got vacuumed. The outside still had dirt. They just respond by telling you to come back within five days to have them “touch up” if it’s not right. Why should I have to take more time coming back to them and explaining when they could simply do it right the first time?

Felt so bad for the guys who had to deal with it. I know it’s not technically a full-detailing service, so I genuinely expected just a basic vacuuming, but my car looks spotless! I feel like they went above and beyond and I really appreciate that. So happy! Also, the employee who got me checked in was very polite and helpful. Everyone who helped me out was very kind. You guys have a great group of people and I hope you appreciate them. :)
