The license plate reader wasn't reading my plate, so two friendly and young men were solicited to assist. Both were cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Brandon B. and Tyler L. had me figured out in no time. Employees like these made a frustrating experience less so, and reinforced my decision to keep my membership.
