  One of the best experiences ever with my truck repairs! We came through St. Louis early morning hours on Sunday 5/3/26, the water pump started failing and derated us. Called and spoke with Chris. He said he couldn’t make any promises because they were short staffed with only 2 techs but he could definitely get me checked in and put in line. They did that and more. We were back rolling in less than 7 hrs. This was definitely a Platinum experience! Big Shout out to Chris and Matt our Service advisors/Techs! God Bless you guys! Yall are Amazing! Thank you so much!

After purchasing my truck from TLG Peterbilt in Fort Smith, I was on my way to Columbus, Ohio when I suddenly broke down in Missouri due to a major coolant leak and a transmission fault. It was one of the most stressful moments I’ve faced as a new owner-operator. I reached out to several TLG locations, and Mid-America was the only one that truly stepped up without hesitation. From the very first call, Zack went above and beyond. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my situation. In a moment where I felt stuck and overwhelmed, he brought reassurance and took immediate action to help me get my truck safely to the dealership. And I can’t forget Ron, the mechanic, whose work and dedication got me back on the road. This team is truly special.   I had to stop in to get an airline leak repaired on Wednesday 12/10/25. Even though the repair shop was tremendously swamped, Aaron Ferguson and his manager Dan went above and beyond to get my truck repaired in a timely fashion. This superior customer service helped me get back on the road right away and my delivery completed on-time. Thank you for the wonderful experience and outstanding customer service!!
