  The service at the site was great Fast. Friendly. My biggest issue is your call center. I called, they said oh we have an appointment at 5pm tonight for your emissions test. I said great, I'll be there. I get there, and the location closes at 5. The manager was very accommodating to getting me in the next morning, but something so easy as this could be avoided.

  very friendly staff. just understaffed. oil change prices are just too high right now but I know it is what it is. but I've been going here for years and will continue to because they're always honest and don't pressure me to make other changes that I don't need at the time.

  I had an outstanding experience with Tire Choice in O'Fallon, MO. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional, and the entire team went above and beyond to take care of me. A special thank you to Kyle, the mechanic, and Ocean, the manager. They both took the time to explain my tire options, helped me select the right set of tires, and made sure I understood the warranty coverage. Their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help made the entire process stress-free. What really impressed me was what happened just four days after my purchase. I unfortunately picked up a screw in one of my brand-new tires. I was worried about what the repair or replacement would cost, but Kyle and Ocean immediately stepped in and helped me through the warranty process. They made everything incredibly easy and stood behind the products they sold. It's rare to find a business that combines quality work with outstanding customer service, but Auto Tire Car Care does exactly that.   I originally came in for State inspection on my Enclave. Whilst it did pass, I was informed that my CV Axel was leaking transmission fluid. Later that day I made another appointment for the next day to replace my CV Axel. I had it towed up the next morning and it was finished the same day. However, I was unable to pick it up. They kindly kept it overnight, and I was able to retrieve it the following morning. Staff were friendly and quick with their jobs. I would absolutely trust them with my vehicle again.
