  My husband dropped our vehicle at Tire Choice, McDonald's Ln, O'Fallon to address the requirements needed for a Missouri safety inspection and emissions testing. What followed was a series of escalating repair recommendations that ultimately resulted in approximately $1,688.47 in charges, even after a 10% discount(a future oil change & a wheel alignment- However, we have no intention of ever doing business with this establishment after this) During the process, the mechanic repeatedly called my husband from a personal phone number rather than through the store's recorded business line, each time advising that additional repairs were needed and providing updated estimates. The total recommended repairs approached $2,000. When concerns arose regarding the repairs, costs, and inspection process, we went to the store in person and requested to speak with the District Manager or someone higher than a store manager. Instead of addressing the concerns directly, the District Manager involved a manager from another location who was not someone we had requested to speak with. That manager ultimately made decisions regarding the discount and future service offers. During this discussion, my husband referred to written notes to ensure our concerns were communicated accurately. While we were doing so, the store manager and mechanic laughed and mocked us. Another concerning incident involved the paperwork. When presented with the document reflecting the charges, I signed it. My husband then reminded me that I intended to add the statement, "Signed under duress to pick up my vehicle." Before I could do so, the store manager quickly took possession of the paperwork and would not return it despite repeated requests. When we continued requesting the document, she threw it onto the desk and said, "F**k it." My husband immediately addressed this behavior while the manager from the other location was still on the phone. I was later provided paperwork described as an estimate rather than an invoice. When I completed the electronic signature on the credit card terminal, the statement I intended to include regarding signing under duress did not appear on the printed documentation I received. Most importantly, despite paying $1,688.47, the safety retest was not completed, the emissions testing was not completed, and we were informed that emissions-related repairs required for testing were not services this location performed. Customers deserve professional communication, accurate documentation, and transparency throughout the repair and inspection process. Based on my experience, those standards were not met.

  Terrible workers all besides the short woman in the office and the guy that works in the back . The guy that works in the shop probably shouldn't tell the Customer’s they should change they're own tires or go somewhere else before i get beat up. Idk how that helps business, they guy with the problems was also smoking the the bay idk if thats even allowed. It took this shop 30min to figure out how they were even going to jack my truck up, I went down to child's tire and they had me in and out in less than an hour. I do not recommend this establishment for any of there services. They almost hit another truck backing my truck out of the shop

  What a terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE. Came in for a tire patch, left with an oil change, no tire patch, they inflated one of my tires to 50 psi and put the rest at 36 and then managed to not put all the valve stem caps back on also.

  These guys are AMAZING!!! The tire popped on my trailer, I was close by and luckily they were able to get me in & out in less than 25 minutes!!
