  Other than the Internet ordering AI that had a "Deal" for me only to get to the checkout and have the "Deal" disappear, the experience was Great...The young man doing the install was Very Knowledgeable and VERY Professional...HE is why I give 5 Stars...It gives me hope for the future as most all young people I encounter these days are not like that anymore...

  I had a phenomenal experience with Safelite today! Tony at the front desk was very welcoming this morning when I showed up early. I handed over my key, and my vehicle was immediately taken in to perform the windshield replacement. OEM glass looks like brand new again. No more cracked windshield! Thank You!!

  This crazy guy driving a Safelite truck pulls in the driveway and starts yelling F bombs in front of my kids!!! He lives in Troy mo!! I had to explain to my children he’s crazy!! And to stay away from him!!! I can’t believe you guys would employ a person like this that just curses and act crazy

  Had an amazing experience at this location. I was in a super tough situation while traveling to Georgia. The front desk, Tony Jackson didn’t hesitate to help me at all. He not only listened to me ramble but was also super empathetic of my situation. He didn’t have to do everything he did but he went above and beyond to help me. I honestly didn’t expect much more but my tech Joe Chambers also stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond. He did an amazing job with my car and was so kind during the whole process. It’s a shame I don’t live near here or I’d always get my glass repairs done here. Thank you guys for making my day on a super tough day.

  Had to take my car in for a total front windshield replacement and recalibrstion. I do not know the cost of the windshield as it was totally covered by my car insurance. Was done quicker than 3 hours - under or around 2 hours. I did have to ask about stickers that were on the windshield and retrieved the necessary ones I needed. The gentleman taking care of payment, I did purchase new wipers, was very friendly. When you get the replacement and recalibration done, they want you to have at least a 3/4 tank of gas. I did not know this before arriving. Fortunately, for me I had enough gas in my tank. Would of been aggravating to have to leave and get more gas. Would be nice to be told this when making the appointment. Highly suggest that information is included when making an appointment. Was very pleasantly surprised that I was able to get in the next day, on a Saturday, to get it taken care of. The gal making my appointment was very friendly.
