  Had my windshield replaced three weeks ago and with that my car has cameras and such in the front that require recalibration. They came twice to do that with no luck and for the third appointment I waited all day and they never showed up or called. I got an email congratulating me on the successful recalibration but they never even showed up. Trying again for a FOURTH appointment to see if they can finally finish the job.

  Install went alright then there was noticeable wind noise on the highway. I made an appointment and took it back in for a warranty repair. They claim they can’t hear the noise try bringing it back when it’s not raining. Sorry I don’t control the weather a week in advance for appointments. There is clearly noise but they won’t honor the warranty ridiculous go somewhere else

  Braylen was very polite and professional. He did a great job no mess anywhere. Safelite was $180 cheaper than anyone else. Safelite website is so easy to use I even reschedule my appoint "because of weather". And change location with no problem online. Well ran business! I will recommend Safelite to everyone!!

  They left the broken glass from my back windshield all over my backseat and trunk... And they were not small pieces they were huge chunks of glass. Mind you, this is after they dropped the first back windshield they were going to use to replace, and it shattered all over my driveway. Shards of glass in my car for months just because they couldn't be bothered to clean up properly. Super disappointed. Won't be using their services ever again.

  I’m giving 2 stars only because Ethan, the window installer, was awesome. He was professional, helpful, and did a great job. He is not to blame for the poor communication, scheduling issues, or lack of customer support I experienced. My original appointment was scheduled for 3/27. On the day of the appointment, I was called and told the correct window was not in stock, so it had to be moved to April 1. On March 30, I received an email saying it was moved to April 7. The next day, March 31, I received another email saying it was back to April 1. On April 7, I received a phone call saying the window they had in stock was broken and the appointment needed to be rescheduled to April 10. Shortly after that, I received another email saying my appointment was actually for April 15. Out of 5 or 6 (however many it ended up being) appointment changes, I only received phone calls twice with any real explanation. The rest were just emails changing the date. On top of that, because of their gas policy, I had to fill up my car before each appointment, even though Safelite kept moving the date. I was also rearranging my work schedule around these appointments, which made the constant rescheduling even more frustrating. I also contacted Safelite’s customer service team on April 7 to explain my concerns and give them a chance to address the issue. I was told the Customer Care Team would reach out within 24-48 hours. They never did. I made every reasonable attempt to get this corrected before writing a review, but Safelite did not seem interested in following up or making it right. Ethan deserves credit for doing his job well, but the overall management, scheduling, inventory handling, and customer service experience were extremely disappointing.
