  I want to thank Andrew and the team over at Jim Trenary Chevrolet (O’Fallon) for once again a great experience in the buying process of our new Chevrolet Trax! This is our 3rd new vehicle in 2 years from what I would say is the best Chevrolet dealership in the St. Louis area. I recommend anyone looking for their new Chevrolet to stop in and talk with Andrew Chazen for a top tier buying experience. You’ll be happy you did.   I had a misunderstanding regarding the service work performed on my vehicle, but the service manager, Sean, handled the situation professionally and with genuine care. Sean took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explained everything, and worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. I truly appreciate his patience, and commitment to excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to work with someone who values their customers. Thank you!

  Buying experience relatively smooth. Chevy was advertising 0%/60 months PLUS no payment until after Labor Day but finance guy claimed those weren’t stackable. Had GM financial on the phone and they confirmed it. I reached out to Chevy and they claimed each dealer decides that…so I don’t know what the truth is. Sales guy was friendly and helpful though.

  I had a great new Car buying Experience a couple of weeks ago at Jim Trenary Dealership in O’ Fallon Mo ! My Sales Person Justin Vega was awesome . When he didn’t know the Answers on some things I ask about he found out! Very nice young Man . From start to finish it was a great Experience! I had scheduled a Simonize Treatment for my new 2026 Chevy Trax and he even took time to come pick up my Car and take it to have it done and bring it back ! Thank you Justin and thank you Jim Trenary love my new Trax!

  First off - the following things have happened at the last 4 visits at least, so I guess some shame on me for continuing on with it: - Unclear pricing on requested maintenance/no upfront estimates really despite requests on the phone/in person before I get the invoice - Early drop off time with almost ALWAYS 9 hour delays in getting the truck back (I understand busy, but no comms/no nothing on simple oil change/emissions/bulb changes for hours) - Missed services/incomplete - this time it was the emissions inspection that was done incorrectly, causing an artificial failure and causing me to have to re-schedule it AGAIN, delaying my tags. On top of all that, the labor and part rates are absolutely outrageous. On the itemized bill the 'oil change and whatever-point inspection/rotation' alone, was $500 plus. That seems absolutely insane but I'm not a mechanic for sure or up to date on latest automotive economics tbf. I won't be coming back - I'd rather deal with it myself even though I likely will have to spend more time to do it or find someone I can consistently trust to get it all done at least if I have to pay an arm and a leg for it.
