I bought a used car from dealership and paid cash for it. I asked for pictures but I was never given a picture of the back bumper which was damaged. I agreed to continue with the sale but Eric the sales manager agreed we would split the cost of bumper repair. He said I could take the car home and the dealership would pick it up once they had a date for repair appointment. I then proceeded to get excuses for why they had not set up the agreed on repair until finally I got no response at all to my inquiries about the repair to my bumper. This just reaffirms the used car persona that you can’t be trusted

Horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE of their ads and poor value in everything. On the vehicle we were looking at Cars.com, kbb.com and autotrader.com had it listed at 13700 not the 15000 they jacked it up to and that cargurus had it at. Luckily we found someone else who values cash and has some common sense on trade in. They hold no value to anything. People, money, trade in, and morals because obviously people do not need to trust their ads. At no time prior to me going there was I given the impression the vehicle was 15000. It's over and done with now and atleast we ended up with a vehicle that that didn't have a service light on, no mention of that in the ad by the way. The dealership has no value in people that get up at 5am to get to their dealership in a storm. Then to find out the salesman (Brett) double books himself knowing someone was driving 4 hours and also proceeds to say I'll meet you at the car and doesn't show. He had previously told me the car would be ready and where to find him once I got there. Then comes the backup salesman (Jacob) "this is not the 90s, cash is not king" , (Jacob) also says kbb has no value because they dont sell cars (the car we were looking just so happened to be listed on kbb for sale and was also listed at 13700) and then there was the weak trade in value, couldnt even give a 3rd of what they were going to list it at. Then the very deceptive ad. 15000 because carguru says so but autotrader, kbb and cars.com says 13700. Again no service engine light mentioned. Our red flag should have been when Jacob told me he didn't know much about the vehicle that they've only had it for a week. The autocheck they all shared on their ad says they've had it since April 4th and Brett had already told me they have had it 40+ days. Like I said atleast it's done with and I will never have to set foot in there again.

I recently purchased a used 2023 Chevy Silverado from the O’fallon location. My car salesman was Phil. He was extremely nice a patient with my family & I. He also helped my dad get my wheelchair off the rack & jumped in the back of our truck to get my step stool that I needed in order for me to try out the truck I was wanting to test drive. He was so patient on letting me test drive as much as I needed to decide if the truck was the right fit for me. Also-Finance was also extremely nice & allowed me time to confirm with my Car Ins what my Amount per month would be to see if I could afford the payments. I walked away with a beautiful used truck that feels brand new when I drive it!

This was probably one of the worse experiences I have ever had with a dealership. It started with calling the dealership to make an appointment for a 2024 Chevrolet Express Van 2500 that is under factory warranty. No one answered the phone so I left a message. I never received a call back. So, I called again a day later. Again, no one in service answered. I decided to call back after a couple of hours. Again, no one answered. This time, I left a message again and again, no one called back. That is when I decided to go online and make the appointment that way. This was on a Friday and I made the appointment for the following Thursday. I waited for confirmation but never received it. I then called them and got hold of Kyle in service and told them that I placed an appointment online and I wanted to know if they received it because I never received confirmation. He said he could see it in the system and told me to bring it in the following morning, Thursday, first thing. I told him then that I would need it back no later then the end of day on Monday. He said that they would have the diagnostics done by then. I called on Monday afternoon and they still had not brought it into the service bay to diagnose the problem. Nor would they have it done that day. I had no choice but to have to pick it back up because it is one of our companies service vans and we needed it for Tuesday. Maybe my van goes to the back of the line because of it being under warranty? I don't know. All I know is that I will never take a vehicle to Jim Trenary in O'Fallon again!

Salesman, Justin Vega - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Justin was awesome and crushed the “used car salesman” stereotype immediately. Polite, accommodating, fair, honest and prompt. One of the best salesman I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Manager, Bryan Mueller - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Straight shooter and a wealth of knowledge about trade-ins. Great offer on my trade. Business Manager Keith Taylor - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Two words…Finance Stud. Rate beat my expectations and he didn’t pressure us to buy the add-ons we didn’t want. Under the Hood - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - The cleanest engine compartment I have ever seen come off a pre-owned car lot. Interior Cleaning - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - I presume the previous owner had younger children based on the amount of Cheerios we found between the second and third row floors 🤣. The Sam’s Club jumbo pack of scented ladies razors that was hidden away under one of the seats will be put to great use. Great sales and financing experience, and thanks to the porter, I’ll make a couple of bucks selling ladies razors on Marketplace 🤑
