  Very disappointed in my service and my interaction with (who I think was) the location manager. I have placed a call to customer service and left a message since it was a Saturday. Expecting a call back during normal business hours to discuss the issue. I will say, Gary was very pleasant and professional. My experience with him has always been exceptional over the years I have brought my families vehicles in. The manager who I spoke with after Gary was the problem.

  You got me in right away said it might take 2 hours but really didnt take any more then like 20 to 30 minutes. Everywhere else said they were booked out for the emissions for like 3 days. Plus the guys up front were funny and nice. The man who helped me was Wayne. Super nice guy.

  Was very happy with how I was treated and that they understood that I didn’t want to spend more then necessary because my car is 15 years old. However, they left oily fingerprints all over the outside and inside of my car. I was quite disappointed that they didn’t bother to clean them off.

  I took my car in at the Brian Rd. location for a check-up before a trip, and they charged me $1,800 to replace the car's suspension. The suspension still makes the same noise, nothing has changed, meaning I feel like I wasted my money. As for the service, the morning staff member is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the attendant on the afternoon shift is rude and their service is terrible.
