  Went to dobbs off Bryan rd to get tire repaired as I have always purchased my tires from a dobbs because of warranty my daughter did this as a favor for me as I was at another appointment she had my 7 month old granddaughter with her a person named Marcus refused to provide any service without taking the tire off stating the tires were dry rotted but was willing to replace them on the spot ( no social skills) so I took my truck to ofallon hwy k we're I normally go was met by two young men said we got you pulled my truck in pulled the tire said we can fix it no problem showed me the tire and the inside was bald and I had them all replaced never noticed this. Moral of this the money wasn't the issue the delivery was. Personally I would do business at hwy k totally different approach and happy to know granddaughter is safe in my truck.

  Pat Terry is the best. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is taken care of. I drive 30 minutes out of my way, because I know Pat will make sure I’m taken care of.

  Pat Terry is a god send to our family! My family and I have been dealing with your service manager, Pat Terry since 1995! He has always been honest, considerate, respectful, and kind to everyone I have ever sent to him. Recently, I had to make plans to leave town for work. Pat was able to get my vehicle in and ready for an extensive commute with very little notice. I also had the kids take their vehicles in for service before I left. Everything was great! Yesterday my son called me and let me know that he had struck a curb. He mentioned that the steering wheel had begun wobbling at low speeds. Where I am working it is very difficult to make calls and conduct these types of matter. Fast forward a few hours and I received a message from my son that Mr. Terry was able to get the issue rectified by repairing (no extra charge!!) the wheel and getting a new tire. Mr. Terry did message me one time to mention (no pressure) that I might want to check the alignment at this point. Great call! It’s just nice to know that when I can’t be there for my family, I can count on someone to be there for them. I can’t express what a huge relief it is to have someone like Mr. Terry in our corner.
