  Reid and the crew at the K&N location are always easy and good to work with. Had a appt to look at slow leak on a tire that had already been patched a few months before and they found another nail in the tire. Fixed it for free and back on the road in about 40 mins. Recommend this location if you need some assistance with your car.

  Got 2 new tires after a screw was in rear tire. Asked them to put new tires in front and put front tires in back. But I noticed they put the new tires on the back. Also they said it should be done by 4 and when I went back they hadn’t even started it. They did it get it done by 5:15. But I was disappointed overall It was a bad day for me as my dad had died the day before.

  I've visited this location a few times with different vehicles. The visits included new tires, alignments, and basic maintenance. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. The last visit was first time I felt could have been better. The repair took almost two weeks to complete. Coolant leak from the thermostat housing. I also noted that the vehicle shakes between 60-70 only. I was charged an additional $76.00 to investigate. I was also charged full price for a coolnt system service even though they just did that service less than a year ago and there wasn't any fuid left, it all leaked our. The tech inspected the driveline and recommended replacing the front rotors and pads. The brakes do pulse under heavy braking. However the shake is only when cruising or coasting at 60-70. I feel that for $76 the tire balancing should have been checked and wheels should have been checked to see if any were bent. The tech only put 5 miles on the vehicle. That's barely enough distance to get on the highway and back to the shop. Let alone test the vehicle at the speed noted to experience the vehicle shake while cruising.

  I have enjoyed being a customer of this Dobbs location for 20years. While some of the faces have changed, the service and workmanship has not !! I have never once questioned the work recommended and have appreciated the way they have always found me a way to get the work in needed done, and finding ways to save me money each time. I am very appreciative and will continue to have our cars serviced here and recommend them to friends!!
