  Work is satisfactory and willingness to schedule me as a walk in was very much appreciated. Cost was average cost for the service I requested. Only negative was the time span from when the vehicle was raised on the lift to completion. Oil does not take over an hour to drain and fill.

  Great work overall. No major issues. Only 1 minor complaint. Next time please call before 5 minutes before close. I was not able to get my car until Monday. Even if the car was not finished yet, I would’ve been willing to pay and set up pick up instructions so I could have gotten it Saturday night. No biggie like I said but overall pleasant experience.

  Just bad customer relations. Dobbs prides itself on being the hometown mechanic, but truthfully doesn’t offer any of the customer relations that you would expect from a home town business. I am very disappointed and honestly will never be back.

  The work was completed, but the car was returned to me with shop black grease all over my crème color interior (seat, center console, steering wheel, door, and floor). Needless to say, I was disheartened by this experience. Reid (Store Manager) made a conscientious effort to clean it himself and did his best. However, it required a professional detail, which he quickly agreed to cover the costs for, which is very commendable on his part and the part of Dobbs in an attempt to make it right and retain a customer’s business. Standing behind this unfortunate event spoke volumes to a customer, and I applaud their willingness to cover the costs to make it right.
