  We took are car in for a windshield replacement...13 days later our car had a new windshield. I understand delays in getting products and products being not compatible because they are after market...what I don't understand is the lack of communication. Twice in the first week we called in the late afternoon to see what time we would need to pick up the car only to be told it would not be ready. It was only after I expressed my frustration that communication improved. In full disclosure Thanksgiving Thursday was on of the days. During my last conversation with Tom he acted like he was put out because he had to move our car in out of the garage. We would have been happy to move it in and out of our garage had he completed the work in a timely manner. Lastly, we were surprised that with the significant delays in service there was not even an offer to knock a $100 off for our inconvenience. I have heard good things about them but I cannot support reccomending them to anyone based on my experience, especially because I had my windshield replace and calibrated in my driveway in far less than a day by a competitor.

  I called several windshield repair places & ended calling Consumer Glass. They were very friendly & scheduled me for an appointment & gave me a price quote. I had a rock chip on my windshield. When I got to there location, I was greeted promptly & go the repairs done in less than 20 minutes. There price quote was very reasonable compared to other places. I would go there again to get my windshield repaired. It’s worth the effort to call Consumer Glass.
