  Such a great experience with Mitchem Tire in Nixa today. Wonderful customer service, they drove me home and offered to pick me back up when my car was finished. Highly recommend!

  The best shop around. They treat you like family!!! I've been sick, only been here a few times, but they rememberd me and took care of my wife due to my illness. You will not find another shop around that cares as much as Mitchem, THANK YOU!!!💯💙🙏

  I adore coming to Mitchem Tire, been a customer for many years of the Kearney location. Today, I had a situation where Kearney had to transfer me to the Nixa location because of the repair I was needing. They not only apologized three times, they also called Nixa for me and got me in same day. Went to the Nixa location. Both Shawn and Ryan were taking care of me. They were able to help me but it would be a three hour wait. Shawn personally drove me home so I didn't have to sit and wait. Unbelievable service, I am blown away by both locations and as long as they are open, they will have my business for life. I cannot express how much I appreciate Mitchem Tire for always being so friendly, pleasant, and caring. Thanks again to Shawn and Ryan!!

  Easily the most incompetent mechanic shop I’ve ever brought a vehicle too. On several occasions did I have to bring my vehicle back because they missed something, installed it incorrectly or the part was just bad in the first place. Every single time the managers had told me they test drove the vehicle and made sure everything works as should but I would drive 10 minutes down the road and it would start smoking, over heating or leaking something. The last time my turbo actuators were going out and the exhaust manifold on the turbo was warped and the manager had personally told me to not worry about that because the noises the turbo was making were “ regular “ turbo noises when they had sounded like they were grinding. My ac was not working at all when I had gotten my vehicle and when I brought it back they had said it was caused from a bad O ring from switching parts and then returned the vehicle to me once more and the ac had gone out almost immediate the day after. I was working with a bad warranty company to begin with and they had sent used engines and I get the mechanics had to work with what they were dealt but at the end of the day this mechanic shop had misdiagnosed 2 engines completely and blatantly lied to my face. The last time o had gotten my vehicle the fender liner on for my front tires was just hanging down completley which made a scraping noise when driving obviously and there was a dent in the back of the vehicle when I had received it and my front liscene plate was completely caved in and scratched. These people obviously do not care about the work they are doing or the customers they are servicing. ABSOLUTLEY would not recommend this place to anyone for the sole reason of being taken advantage of and 4 or 5 times these people had to fix something that they caused after telling me it was perfectly fine when they knew it defintiley was not.
