  I've always had good service from Mitchem on Kearney, but today at this location in Nixa was the best ever. They got me in right away and got me a full new set of tires for my truck. They are fast, very friendly and funny light hearted people. I was expecting to spend between 1000-1200 for the set and it was under $900 with new lugnuts.

  Had a small tire repair to get done. They were able to get me in right away, and made me feel welcome. I had gone to another tire place, where they made me feel unwelcome bringing in a small tire repair Would highly recommend Mitcham tire for with customer service and attitude.

  I’m from Texas, so I was super worried about getting scammed as I’m out of state, also the first time I got my tires aligned, and Michem is also a smaller mechanic shop, which increased my fears. This was not the case they are absolutely exceptional. They did the alignment for me at only $115, I asked my dad what the usual price is and he told me he normally gets it done for $200. I also had some shaking in my car, I asked them to take a peak because I had a few suspects. They confirmed my suspicion for free, it was a CV axel issue, and they gave me a reasonable quote and didn’t pressure me or anything. They showed me the axle movement when I asked, and I gave them the business because I liked their honesty. Thanks for being awesome guys.
