  Smells like poop here! When I went to pay for parking the cashier printed off the last customers parking pass and when I said free parking? He said "quiet you talk to much" i had to purchase off the app and there was also tons of garbage and I felt like I was suddenly going to find a human body! But hay its close to a walmart!

  Okay, so about the comment on the guy with the motorcycle who got $2 in gas and had a charge of $40 it does indeed show that “YOUR” bank institution will charge a hold on your card for 24hours. She was being nice but you where calling her names cussing at her for something we can not take care of on our end. It does the charge when you pump at the pump because they do not know how much you are putting in your tank. Thanks!

  July 19 2026 6:49 pm local time Spoke with Donna the Rudest manager I’ve ever spoke with and asked why they still had a hold on $40 in my account when I literally got two dollars worth of gas every other pump that I’ve used closes it out once I put the pump back and updates the total but no pilot holds it for 48 hours and there’s nothing that they can do when I called Donna and told her that she said “well you probably shouldn’t pay at the pump” I said OK why doesn’t it say that anywhere on the pump and why out of the three different states I’ve been to is this the only gas station that does that is? there anything you can do? because that’s my gas money for my trip she said ya you can not pay at the pump or you can wait 24 to 48 hours until they release the hold. Do not go to pilot especially with this rude manager ever again.

  I came here to get fueled up, they stopped the pump mid fuel had to go in to see cashier which is dumb! I used the ladies room. The bathroom stunk so bad I wanted to throw up. Toilet tissue on floor wet spots on floor with dirt in corners, no soap in dispensers. 4 stalls one dirtier than the next. First stall had poop still in toilet,2nd stall piss all over the seat and floor 3rd stall had butt hairs and poop smeared on toilet paper dispenser, 4th stall butt hair and stink urine smell. I hate truck stops that don’t clean truly clean not spray and walk away and call clean. Scrubbing bubbles would do good. Nasty attitude pumps not working just a hot mess!
