- GKGagandeep KaurMay 15, 20261.0I visited this location around 6:30 AM on May 15. There were two employees standing and talking while the coffee station had no fresh cream/milk available. I paid for a black coffee ($3), and when I politely asked for the cream/milk to be refilled, the older lady wearing a red T-shirt responded in a rude and sarcastic tone and told me to use the small half-and-half cups instead. I clearly said I wanted fresh cream from the machine. She said it would be replaced, but only the French vanilla option was refilled, which I did not want because it is high in sugar. When she was checking me out at the cash, the same older lady in the red T-shirt sarcastically asked, “Did you get your creamer?” I replied that I couldn’t because only the French vanilla option was replaced. She then just said, “Oh, okay.” The way I was spoken to felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I paid for my coffee expecting basic service, but the experience felt dismissive and disappointing. I stayed calm and respectful throughout.
