  Worst experience with enterprise. I was there recently and they said that there is no car for me eventhough I had a reservation. And I was not the only one without a vehicle, there was another person with same exact situation. I had to change all my plans because of this. What will happen if someone is planning to rent a car to go to the airport?

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Having a confirmed reservation made 6 weeks in advance means nothing to this Maryville branch. I specifically reserved a six-passenger vehicle for an important work trip, and they emailed me just 37 minutes prior to pickup to say no cars were available. This left us in a massive scramble at the last minute trying to figure out whose personal vehicle we could borrow for the trip. When I arrived at the counter, the customer service agent, Blake, was awful. Instead of trying to fix their mistake, he was unhelpful, apathetic, and even tried to deny that I had a reservation in the first place. He’s just a paycheck collector who refuses to go the extra mile for customers left stranded by his company's incompetence. I highly do NOT recommend renting from them.

  Stay away from this enterprise! The lady working on 7-27-26 is rude. This was a drop off location after renting the car. One way 7 hour drive drop the car off same day. The office was closed. Tried to call Friday no answer. Got ahold of them Monday and she couldn’t tell if the car was marked back in. She then got hateful with me and hung up the phone. I have a 300 dollar deposit in limbo because she wouldn’t help me. Please don’t use this location !
