We dropped our rental car off on time. However, the Maryville, Missouri office failed to record that we had returned the car. Enterprise wound up charging us for two extra days. They charged us an extra $311.
Sadly, the Maryville office wouldn't lift a finger to correct their mistake. They could not be bothered to contact Enterprise Billing to tell them what had happened. They just told us we needed to call Billing.
By the time this was resolved, we'd called Enterprise 14 times. Maryville repeatedly refused to help. Several times, Enterprise Billing said they would call back but never did.
We finally received a refund after seven weeks.
I've never seen such appallingly awful customer service before. Enterprise exhibited an astonishing lack of professionalism and shocking indifference to our situation.
We will never rent from Enterprise again. Neither should anyone else.

I don’t know why they call this an Enterprise location. Don’t waste your time and risk not having a car when you have a confirmed reservation, or waste your money not having your reservation closed because no one is working at the branch to check the cars in when they are returned.
***edited based on response below, which has directed me to the corporate website “1-800” number. Completely useless. I have corresponded with 6 *different* people in 4 days. The corporate representatives have been unable to help me because they cannot get in touch with the Maryville location to confirm that my vehicle was returned, over 5 days ago. My reservation keeps getting extended and I am being charged more every day even though I returned the vehicle. To make matters worse, we are supposed to pick up a separate reservation on Tuesday to go to the airport, and I am highly concerned based on the other reviews that a full sized car will not be available and we will miss our flight.

I called for a quote...and they never said anything about the deposit....a quote should include the price of a deposit...
