- NDNagavardhanreddy donthireddy5 days ago1.0Wrost experience.. the workers are not doing great
- RRRohanOct 7, 20262.0They missed some things and did a hurried job, didn't inflate my tires. The creve coeur location or jiffy lube is better
- NSNzinga SwopeOct 2, 20265.0Customer service was great and got me in and out no problem.
- APAnitra PalmerSep 28, 20263.0The only reason I rated this "good" vs excellent is because the technician made a crucial mistake. He forgot to put my new oil in BEFORE having me start my engine in an attempt to check the oil pressure. The oil light was on yet he still had me rev my engine before realizing he hadn't replenished the new oil. His coworkers told him to slow down. Although I hadn't left without the mistake being recognized, this warrants immediate feedback. They were not busy during this time either.
