  Very professional and thorough. The manager and staff were so helpful and explained everything that they were doing as well as show me how dirty filters were to determine if they required being replaced. They worked efficiently. They spoke respectfully and friendly. Very enjoyable working with them all around!

  They didn't have conventional motor oil so they gave me synthetic but didn't accept my 50% coupon for it. I feel like I've been duped into a more expensive service. They didn't offer another coupon or discount for the synthetic service.

  This is a well-run and efficient operation. Staff members are meticulous, thorough and professional. This was my second time visiting, and I am hooked on being their customer. Special thanks to Darnell and Christina who took great care of me and my vehicle.

  I went here to get an oil change and I had a coupon for $25 off. I presented the coupon and the guy told me the coupon was accepted. I was charged $88 for the oil change and an additional $60 for some fuel injector cleaner because I don't believe they took the coupon off. I asked for a receipt and the guy in charge told me that the receipt would be in my email. I never received the receipt in my email. I then call the Valvoline customer service line. Talk to them and they said yeah. I'll get you a receipt right out to you cuz I told him I felt that I was overcharged. I couldn't see the charges. They never sent the receipt! I will never again go there. First of all, the guy never put the fuel injector cleaner in my car and he made it a different name like it was something special and all it was was a bottle fueling Jack the cleaner you can get for $10 at AutoZone. And kind of pressured me to buy other items I can upgrade of stuff I didn't need. Then went to tell me that I needed windshield wiper blades which I knew was a lie because I just replaced them like a month ago. They never gave me a receipt for the services I paid for. That alone is a violation when I feel I was overcharged with a coupon. Total costs like one $155. Just because of the poor customer service of getting a receipt, and me a ride to about my windshield wiper blades, and pressure to buy other services, I won't be going to Valvoline ever again.

  I just had one of the most pleasant experiences ever in my life getting my oil changed. Darnel, Rodney and Clifton Or some of the nicest gentlemen, I’ve had the honor of meeting. They were kind and courteous and conversational. They got the Job done quickly and efficiently. And I know it was not only me that was receiving this amazing service from these three Gentlemen, as I witnessed the customer service that they gave to the gentleman in the car that was next to me and it was stellar on both accounts. If you need an oil change and you’re in the area, this is definitely the place for you.
