Wasn’t given a receipt, new sticker, and wasn’t shown how the old oil looked just afterwards of the fresh oil. I’m not used to Valvoline having to be reminded of the sticker replacement,receipt, and asked if I have a coupon (personally forgot that I had one since I’m normally asked). I will not be returning and will continue use previous locations.

- PPPrasannaAug 6, 20261.0I visited the instant oil change place at McKelvey rd., Maryland Heights. The staff were very rude and were trying to sell me stuff constantly. I only wanted an oil change using a $25 coupon I had, the staff Christina made faces, looked at me up and down constantly with a sarcastic smile on her face, as though she didn’t like me using the coupon and passed comments like I want everything free of cost or something. She kept selling to replace my filters and viper blades which I said I would take care of myself. She passed a rude comment that “I don’t know why ppl want everything for free but wouldn’t care to pay for their parts and they only need an oil change not anything else even if they look so bad”. I was humble enough to just smile at her and leave the place without any harsh comments. I would tell my friends not to visit this spot again for oil changes owing to the terrible experience and requesting a full refund for my service.
