  I had satellite come out to replace a cracked windshield. What was cracked somehow quickly became shattered after they began working on it looking like it was smashed in with a tool sending glass all over the interior of my truck. I was assured it was all vacuumed out when they left but there is still a considerable amount of glass in my truck and covering the ground outside it. There is also glass down in my ac and defroster vents now that will have to somehow be removed along with glass that falls out of my dash every time I hit a bump. As of now satellite is impossible to reach on the phone as to figure out a remedy to the damage they’ve done to my vehicle. This behavior seems to me to be entirely unprofessional and ridiculous.

  Being a Safelite customer my whole life as a boomer, this will sound redundant. The convenience of replacing glass anywhere can’t get much better unless of course you consider the training and professionalism of all the technicians. Thanks again Safelite

  They didn't put my roof back together right after a windshield replacement and when I brought it to their attention i was told "we have pictures that it was like that before", but I can no longer see out of rearview mirror due to the roof slumping so low. They refuse to even physically look at it. I've used them several times in the past with this exact car with no issues, but I won't be going back again.

  If you have any tesla dont go here still fighting with them to fix wind noise. They will assure ypu 3rd party is the same and it 100% is broken the connectors and left stuff unplugged and cant get them to fix it. Also for any warranty stuff they wont do a mobile service.

  Literally got no confirmation or phone call when my vehicle was done. I had to drive up there just for them to say the technician didn’t replace it because it was a minor chip, which didn’t make sense because I wanted the whole windshield replaced regardless terrible service.
