  I called to make an appointment for a tire rotation but could not get one until 7/2/26. I was going to get an oil change as well but coupon expired 6/30/26. I was waiting for tire rotation when Dobbs guy called and said that they could not complete it because my tires were 9 years old and I should pick up my car in front of the store. He did not offer me any new tire suggestions, so I got in my car and left. I now have to research where I can get a deal for 4 new tires.

  Okay, my name is Vivian Brown and I just want to say that you have one great excellent person as a receiver for your people at the Dobbs here on Dorset road and I don't know all the big words to use for him, but he is excellent for sales and everything that you need for him to do, and I hope that you keep him many years and that he continue to be the way he is. Great server.

  Dobbs has been my go-to service for all my auto needs. They more than measure up to expectation with reliable and value laden service. For as long as I am an automobile owner and driver, I foresee Dobbs being my auto service people of choice.
