  I went on line to look for tires for my car, the tires on my car were 8 years old, they were still legal tread death, but I had to take into consideration for damage from Sun, weather, and time, on line I was looking at 500,,,, 600,, dollar sets, I knew of the,,, Buy 3 get the 4th one free sale, I wasn't looking for, 1,200 or 1,500 sets of tires, a very nice young man behind the counter was trying to find some for me, there were no cheaper ones in the size I needed, He then brought up the tire sale, and proved to me that because of the sale, I could have a set of the best tires for almost the same cost as the cheaper one's, with everything added up on each set of tires, there was a 30 dollar difference between the two sets, because of him, without hesitation, I purchased the much better set of tires, I took a short trip in a couple of days, totally different in handling, very smooth ride, and control, I'm very pleased with this purchase, earlier this year I purchased a set of tires for my pickup, also pleased with that purchase as well,

  The best service you could imagine. I had an issue with a metal plate coming undone under my car that a separate dobbs messed up. This one took me in with 40 minutes until close and fixed it. Very kind people as well. Would highly recommend

  Don't ever use the online appointment system! It's nothing but lies. It will tell you that it's made an appointment for a specific time and send you an official-seeming confirmation text, but it doesn't actually put anything in their system. I went in for a 10am oil change and the guy told me that I didn't actually have an appointment, blamed me for using the system (that Dobbs provides!), and told me that my oil change would take all day and probably into tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous. And then the earliest "real" appointment he could get me is a week out and an extremely inconvenient time. What is the purpose of an appointment system that doesn't actually make appointments?? I could have just written my desired time and service on a napkin and thrown it away and gotten the same result. If Dobbs isn't going to honor agreements made through that system, they need to shut it down.

  GIANT TIME SUCK! Don't count on them to check if they have the tires available for your appointment. even when they have 4 hours to check before I drive to the appt.. Telle Tire thanks you for the business.

  I did not like their service. I went for regular maintenance and told them the mileage. They are so busy that they just did oil change and nothing else. They did not rotate my tire, also no air filter change. Also, I requested them to perform overall inspection of my car. While picking up my car, there was another guy who told me that I requested only for oil change and told me that whatever the customer requested they do that. It means the shop expect you to have a complete knowledge of a car mechanic and tell them what to do. There was another incident where I went to repair my car’s flat tire. They repaired and forgot to adjust the air pressure. From my last two visits, I got very unprofessional and poor service from the dobbs tire shop at Dorsett road , Maryland Heights. They are used to be a good car service shop but recently the quality of service went down. I hope they will realize and improve soon.
