- RSRichard StaplesOct 11, 20261.0My appmt was for 8:30am and they let it sit outside and didn't get it done until:00 pm and I never paid $260 for a tire but my biggest gripe is my 96 Grand Prix GTP they e had over a year and all I wanted was for them to find the oil leak and fix it. They took the motor apart and didn't get those cams in right and it's knocking and rattling and spitting out the tail pipe and it doesn't go anywhere when I put my foot on the gas! Golf carts will outrun this car and they still have t done anything about it and I lost three vacation choices. I have never been treated this way and it was in 3 diff shops; what kind of mechanics do they have?
- DWDavion WalkerOct 6, 20265.0Barry was amazing! He worked with my schedule and got me in the next day since they were bad. I would recommend this place to everyone!
- JTJordan TuckerOct 2, 20262.0This is the second time I’ve taken my vehicle here for an oil change. Both times I’ve dropped it off the night before and had a 7:30 appointment. The day of the appointment I have to call and ask them in the late afternoon if my car is ready. Today I called and was told it was ready, 8.5 hours after it was dropped off. I asked if anyone was going to call me and tell me and was told “I don’t know I got here two hours ago.” When I walked in to pick up my car, no one was to be seen. I waited for 7 minutes in an empty store. Made eye contact with someone who just arrived in a work vehicle and then 3 minutes later someone else came up to check me out and greeted me with “is ____ your car?” “Okay here’s the total thanks.” Do NOT recommend.
- SCSean ConoverSep 25, 20265.0Normally see Jeff in Ballwin as it’s close to my home. However, I know any CarX would not be wrong. Barry and his team are great in Maryland Heights. Well Done
- SWSha'Terryca WilliamsSep 17, 20265.0Had a major battery issue that occurred right before the shop closed. Not only was Berry able to pencil me in as soon as they opened the next day but he found a potential problem and recommeded that I get it replaced immediately for my safety. It wasn't a pricing issue but a time one, requiring me to leave my car there in the interim. He also presented the initial problem and what steps they took to rectify it and things to look out for in the future. I will definitely be returning to this location to be sure and recommending it to my family.
