  I took my truck to them to get it in mechanical order after it had been sitting for a couple years. I got it back and the radiator drain plug came out before I could get it home . They claim it isn't their fault . They say they " just stuck a battery in and changed the ignition out and it ran great" . So they didn't do anything else . That is not making sure it is mechanically sound . The fact it didn't make it to Fenton from Maryland heights says it wasn't sound . The bill for those 2 things was $1,500 by the way .

  Called to see if the previous owner of my car ever had the trans serviced, and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly

  Me and my wife love this place, family owned and operated Jodi the owner is an amazing lady to talk to and understands how to make everything work for the customers very personable and caring worked with me on getting a new transmission with a warranty and since I don't do much on my own vehicles anymore I trust them like I did it myself!!! 🥇🥇🥇🏆🏆🏆♥️♥️♥️

  Honestly, this is one of the only places I fully trust with my car, and let me tell you, the owner Jodie is absolutely incredible. She’s extremely knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and after talking with her multiple times, it’s very clear how involved she is in the business and how much care and effort she puts into every customer and every vehicle. This shop is always busy, but honestly that just proves how good they are. It’s 100% worth the wait to get scheduled because the pricing is honest and the work is always high quality. You never feel like you’re being taken advantage of or sold things you don’t need. I actually bought my vehicle from them as well, and it runs and drives GREAT. You can tell they really care about the quality of the vehicles they sell. 10/10 Recommend

  Months ago my car essentially gave up on life. There were multiple issues, it needed a new gasket, the oil and coolant were leaking, and the AC stopped working. My family’s trusted mechanic was booked for weeks so we had to find someone else. We were charged over $2000 and my car was in the shop for weeks, and the ONLY thing that was fixed was the gasket. Recently we brought it back to our trusted mechanic since the AC was still broken and it’s been getting hotter, and he was shocked that Bob’s would even bother trying to fix it because the car was clearly totaled. The AC needed a new compressor and that would’ve cost us thousands of dollars more. We have to get a new car either way, but at the very least, Bob’s could’ve prevented us from needlessly spending thousands of dollars and he didn’t.
