  We took our truck in for service, we had an extended warranty and expected that the seatbelt issue and the engine light issue would be covered, however, neither items were. After paying over $2500 for the Catalytic converter and denying service to replace a seatbelt for $1000 we were contacted a week later for another $100 owed. Upon questioning Lutesville about the additional charge, we learned that an item that was covered and repaired under the warranty was not billed the $100 deductible and we were expected to pay. This was the first time we have ever purchased an extended warranty on a vehicle, and it proved to be as useless as we have always assumed.

  No pressure salesman. Had a issue with the truck we bought as is deal. They fixed the problem no charge. Great financing too. We'll be repetitive customers now. Thank you Gage.

  Highly recommend. Worth the extra drive to deal with real normal people, who give you straight answers and do not try to get out of any warranty you might have. They just seem honest.

  I bought my new F-350 Super Duty pickup from Lutesville Ford. My experience was fantastic! Randy is very knowledgeable about pickups. He was very good about reaching out to me for all my needs and worked to get me the best deal possible, including all available customer incentives. And Lutesville Ford does not add any fees of any kind. All up front and honest! I flew from Texas to work with my favorite, local, honest car team: Randy and Curtis. I found this to be a wonderful, small-town, family business that is big enough to meet every need, including a terrific inventory. The owner of the dealership, Mr. Underwood, even took the time to meet and visit with us and was very friendly! Customer for life!
