  Waited an hour at body shop to be picked up and get to rental office only 1 employee working. Sat for another 40 min to get car! This is 100% unacceptable, as my time is valuable and losing a couple hours to get an insurance replacement rental. Enterprise is NOT the same company it was built upon!

  Hats off to the imperturbable Jack who deftly handled the pick-up on a very busy day. With limited staff and inventory on a busy weekend, they handled a last minute res with genuine concern from pick-up to drop-off.

  This particular location DID NOT make me aware that they couldn't give me a ride home once the care was returned. It was a Saturday and they only had 2 people is what I was told. I had to walk in the rain to a bus stop; I had no cash and had to wait for my husband to card me some. The agent could have cared less about how I would get home. He gave me my receipt and turned his back on me, no empathy whatsoever and walked away but he had previously mentioned he would give me a card for my next rental, gas would be free. I did not get that either! I was so mad I just walked out. They also charged me an almost 30 surcharge for the use of an SUV-overage on miles, but I paid for unlimited miles!!! I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS EITHER. Best believe the manager will hear from me come Monday a.m. !! You may want to consider renting from a different location. A person needs all info regarding the rental instead of half assed. I'm on a budget and need to know exactly how much a rental will cost. #####REPOST#### Through it all, the branch called, and allowed me to explain everything, understood my absolute disgust in my treatment and offered a remedy in which I was satisfied. Thanks Grant! I will now visit your store again at Maplewood!!
