  I have now had two extremely disappointing experiences with this Enterprise location, and at this point the level of service is completely unacceptable. The first time, they did not have the vehicle I had reserved and provided a different vehicle instead. That would have been manageable, but the vehicle clearly had not been properly cleaned. The back seats were dirty, and there was what appeared to be vomit or some other disgusting substance on the rear driver-side seat belt. My company has a corporate account with Enterprise, and handing a customer a vehicle in that condition is completely unacceptable. The second experience was even worse. The vehicle was supposed to be dropped off at 8:00 a.m. No one showed up, and no one called to let us know there was a problem. We finally called Enterprise ourselves, and after eventually reaching an associate, we were told they did not have enough staff available to deliver the vehicle. We were willing to work around that, so we drove to the location to pick it up ourselves. When we arrived, we were then told they actually did not have a vehicle available at all. That is the part that is especially frustrating. Instead of being upfront with us from the beginning and telling us they did not have a vehicle, we were told the issue was simply that they did not have the staff to deliver it. We wasted additional time driving to the location only to find out there was no car waiting for us. Between providing a filthy vehicle on one rental and completely mishandling another reservation while failing to communicate honestly about the situation, this location has been extremely disappointing. For a company that relies on Enterprise through a corporate account, we should be able to expect clean vehicles, reliable reservations, and honest communication. Based on my recent experiences, this location seems to be going downhill quickly. Enterprise needs to take a serious look at the management, staffing, vehicle cleanliness, and customer service at this location.

  I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this Enterprise location. After being involved in a car accident, I called multiple locations looking for a rental. I was told by staff that they could secure a car for me the following day at 5:00 PM and took my reservation details. When I arrived at 5:00 PM the next day, I was told they had no cars for me. To make matters worse, instead of taking accountability or trying to make things right, the staff tried to deflect the blame to other locations and refused to admit their error. This level of incompetence and lack of customer service when dealing with the stress of an accident is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

  J.D. was very patient with us, as we don't rent very often. The 1st compact suv was nice but not what we wanted to take a 5 hr trip. We exchanged for a bigger suv that fit us perfectly. He is a great employee and has excellent customer service skills. We will be using him again

  Told I could use a wide variety of verification methods such a pay stubs waited to the day of trip to tell it wasn't acceptable anymore.
