  I canceled my appointment at another location because this one was closer. They told me they could get my oil change and AC looked at and charged if I dropped it off at 7am. I dropped it off and got a call at 3pm telling me that oil change was done but technician had to leave early due to a family emergency. I understand issues come up, my biggest issue is that they shouldn't be making appointments when they only have two techs on duty. The gentleman ringing me out seemed indifferent and like it was business as usual. I would not rec'd this location. All other Dobbs I've visited have been 5 out of 5 stars. This was is not on the same level.

  We dropped our Honda Odyssey around 5 AM on a Saturday before they opened. (The van had died while driving on Thursday) and the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. we replaced the battery on our own but highly suspected alternator issues. So happy that they were able to diagnose and repair the issue on the same day. Thorough explanation of the work was appreciated. No one wants an $1118 surprise but we feel the price was fair, and the work, speed, convenient drop off process, and communication were all superb!

  Back in late March I got some repairs done here, the employees were very polite and friendly. Left with a good experience. However, 2 weeks ago while on a road trip the part they installed in my vehicle failed and I unfortunately had to take it to 2 different auto-repair places to get it fixed. After the employees at the first location I went to told me that the thermostat (the part that this Dobbs location installed) had failed I called them to tell them. I was told that they would get a hold of a manager and call me back. I never got the call back, and the auto-repair shop I went to that diagnosed the issue informed me that the part caused other issues that they couldn’t fix and I had to go to a different place to get it fixed. In total this part failure cost me 2,000+ dollars of damage that needed to be fixed for me to make it back home from my road trip. Last week I came to this location in-person to talk to someone about this. The employee I was speaking to told me that their part had nothing to do with the other damage caused, which I found hard to believe since 5 other people told me the opposite, 3 of which were mechanics that inspected and/or worked on my vehicle. I was then told that the manager they needed to get in contact with was on vacation and that I would receive a call within a week. So at this point I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks to get into contact with someone about this issue. My experience with this location has gone from pleasant, to disrespectful and downright shady.

  Although the facility was very busy the day I was there. They were very patient and helpful and were able to get my vehicle. Inspected early enough for me to renew the plate. Same day. Thanks to Chris, everything went very smoothly.
