  Had an oil change and emissions testing, they were really busy so it took a little longer than normal so they gave me a nice discount for the inconvenience. I appreciate that very much.

  I called specifically to schedule a weekend appointment so I would not have to miss work on Monday and was assured if I drop my truck off Saturday morning it would be ready by the end of that day. Was assured again when I dropped it off 7am Saturday. Waited all day and when I went to pick it up that evening I was told it hasn’t been looked at and I need to come back Monday. No call to update me either.

  My air pressure light kept coming on and I took my car in to have air added. Then I took off work one day. You people had my car for a few hours checking out the tire and said you couldn’t find any problems. But the light continued to come on. So yesterday I stopped by after work and you found a nail. I had to buy a new tire. I should not have had to take a day off work and then come in a second time.

  Ran over an object on a Saturday afternoon on the way to a party. Made it to Maplewood Dobbs and they patched the tire (purchased from them last year) and I was out the door in less than an hour, no charge. Well done..

  I was pleased with Dobbs Maplewood. The person who checked me in was very reassuring and correct about what he thought was wrong with my car. Plus he had a great sense of humor! I was concerned and a little scared by the way car was performing, but he really made me feel better. As I said he was correct in his analysis that it was spark plugs and coils. It was expensive, but not as bad as I imagined. It would be great if shuttle services were still available. I was very pleased with Maplewood Dobbs.
