  EVERYONE at this location is friendly, helpful, and professional. I REALLY like the fact that they offer transportation services. They keep you updated as to what’s happening with your AUTOMOBILE.

  I purchased my second set of tires from Dobbs three years ago and as happens from time to time, I had a slow leak. When i called, the guys got me in that same day and quickly fixed the problem. Management is always accommodating and the technicians thorough.

  I have an old Kia that I purchased when it was 1yr old. Starting having problems. Dobbs has always serviced this vehicle for years. Well, this last diagnostic shocked me. Mechanic showed much integrity and told me, that throwing money at this vehicle would be almost impossible to resolve without extreme costs. I totally respected the honesty.

  Second edit. I find it hysterical that Dobbs put their stock reply on here suggesting that I go look at prices. I will never bring my car back to them. I took it to a mechanic down the road, an independent guy who put it on his emissions test and guess what, it passed. I would definitely think twice about bringing my car to them for anything at this point. Either they don't know what they're doing or they're out to grab your money. I would give them one star but those are easy to remove. Edit. My check engine light went off on Wednesday and has not came back on. So I will go to another mechanic to have it checked out to see because all of this feels very sketchy to me. I do know that if my catalytic converter was bad, my check engine light would not go off. Good for oil changes and stuff like that, but I was told there were no off-market parts except for the $1,400 part from the dealer and then when I left there I was able to find multiple off-market parts for only a couple of hundred $ So I'm glad I didn't go ahead with the repair with them.

  I made a 10:00 am appointment through your website 3 days in advance and it was 11:37 over an hour and a half and my car was not in a bay. Took 2.5 + hours to get one tire replaced. Will never come back.
