  This was the third time I have leased a Volvo from Tom Calkins. It was another exceptional experience and I can’t say enough about Tom. He is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right Volvo. No pressure, just honest guidance, patience, and outstanding customer service. Tom is very patient with me, answers all of my questions, and explains everything so I know how to work all the new features on my car.   Excellent service. Great attitudes even on a very busy Monday morning. Excellent communication on diagnoses. Provided easy solutions without any pressure to resolve all issues only what was critical. Pricing was transparent. They even gave me a ride back home while I waited. Luckily, service was done faster than anticipated. Very well organized, clean facility and nice greeting/lounge. This was my first experience servicing my new Volvo, and so happy with my decision. This process was stress free and it made my day. Thank you to the service team!
