  We've been customers of Volvo Cars West County for 5 years since we moved to the area. Everyone has always been welcoming and very helpful from the receptionist to the salepersonnel to finance and follow up service. We have been working with Tom C. this year and he is exceptional! He responds promptly when we contact him, he is no pressure, always ready to help, very knowledgeable and kind. Of course his celebration parade once you have bought a car is very memorable. Thanks Tom and thanks Volvo West County!

  I just wish I could give a rating of zero stars. Three pieces of advice: 1) Don’t buy a car here. 2) Don’t buy a car here. 3) Don’t buy a car here. They pay attention to you during the sales cycle, but once you bought the car they have no time for you, even to walk through the features of the car. They run through the technology in three minutes, and if you ask a question they tell you to Google it. Incredibly horrible customer service and an atrocious service department.

  Tom is AMAZING! This is the second Volvo I’ve leased from him and he always makes the experience easy and fun! He does a great job understanding my needs and finds me the exact right vehicle. He also takes it one step further and celebrates the buying process with Swedish flags, fun pictures, and videos to document the event! If you’re looking for a safe, reliable, and affordable luxury vehicle, Volvo West County has it. And ask for Tom for the best customer service experience!

  Gus was absolutely great to work with when looking at a traded-in vehicle. He was very informative on the sales process, transparent with pricing, and organized. I would have given a 5/5, but I set an appointment to pay for my vehicle, but it took over an hour to be seen by the business manager even after setting an appointment time. Once in, the business manager was efficient.

  I'm very happy with the service at Volvo Cars West County. For a Volvo dealership, the sales and service personnel are very polite and helpful, which meets my expectations. In addition, the service department is honest and understood my needs for a software update. I installed the OEM part; they updated the software within the hour they quoted me. Thank you!
