The team at Volvo was amazing.
They were Empathetic to my concerns. They were friendly and went over and above with their service. They even vacuumed the drivers side of my car. Excellent job. I hope the team personally received the 3% extra I had to pay for using my credit card. They earned it!.😌

I had a great experience with Tom and Mat. Got a great price with no haggling and got great warranties and prepaid for services.
During my time at the dealership, I noticed a couple of instances where people just stopped by to say hi. Tom mentioned something early on in our conversation about “being part of the Volvo Family”. And it was evident to me just how serious this team is about creating that sense of family with their customers. With that, I will also feel inclined to just stop in and say hi. 😉
This was a lovely experience of buying a car from start to finish. As a single female, buying cars in the past has been infuriating. Definitely not the case here. I believe I was treated like every other customer. My whole process went exceptionally smooth, and I have confidence that this team will take care of my needs for years to come, even if I move out of state (thanks Mat!!).

Buying process was easy. The quality of the vehicle sold was good. Had some blemishes that was my fault I didn’t see with a dent in rear passenger door and the lane assist is malfunctioning, the driver sun visor clip is zip tied to the clip cause the keeper is broken. With all these things as a car buyer that a buyer should look for I say was my fault I didn’t see you sure would hope that a dealership being an honest seller would hopefully tell you about this dealership surely didn’t do that. All the accidents on the carfax was about hail damage and damage to the front moderate to minor. Nothing was said about rear door. I guess of coarse all things a salesmen trying to make max profit wouldn’t notify a buyer about. Other than that I will make sure I take the car to the dealership before my 3000 mile warranty is up and make sure there’s no other hidden issues. It’s not brand new which wouldn’t be your expectation of a 2016 Audi but your expectation of a dealership trying to get 1 up on someone should always been your expectation.
We drove 6 hours round trip to purchase a used vehicle from Volvo Cars West County. We would do it again in a heartbeat. Gus, Matt, and Matt provided an exceptional customer experience. The purchase price was fair, our trade in price was fair, and it was the most positive car buying experience we have ever had with a dealership.
