  ⭐ 1/5 — BUYERS BEWARE! ENTERPRISE CAR SALES IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! If you’re thinking about buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales, THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales just TWO MONTHS AGO, and I’m already dealing with approximately $2,000 IN REPAIRS! Yes, you read that correctly. TWO MONTHS after buying a car from a supposedly reputable company. But here’s what makes this whole experience absolutely infuriating. When they were trying to sell me the vehicle, they made sure to convince me that purchasing their additional warranty would give me peace of mind. I was told that if something went wrong, the warranty would take care of the repairs and rental transportation would be available while my vehicle was being fixed. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE! Now that the car actually needs repairs, the warranty company doesn’t want to pay for ANYTHING. Suddenly, all those reassuring promises mean absolutely nothing. So let me get this straight: Enterprise sells me a vehicle, sells me an additional warranty supposedly to protect me from expensive repairs, and just two months later I’m stuck with a $2,000 repair bill while the warranty company refuses to help? THEN WHAT EXACTLY DID I PAY FOR? It’s amazing how helpful and reassuring everyone can be when they’re trying to get your money. But when something goes wrong and you actually need the protection you paid for, it’s a completely different story. I’m not talking about a vehicle I’ve owned for five years. I’m talking about a vehicle I JUST PURCHASED TWO MONTHS AGO. I didn’t expect a used car to be perfect, but I certainly didn’t expect to be dealing with thousands of dollars in repairs almost immediately after purchasing it, especially after being sold an additional warranty. And let’s not pretend Enterprise Car Sales has nothing to do with this simply because a separate company administers the warranty. ENTERPRISE SOLD ME THE VEHICLE. ENTERPRISE SOLD ME THE WARRANTY. ENTERPRISE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT ITS CUSTOMERS ARE TOLD DURING THE SALES PROCESS. What makes this even worse is that I trusted the Enterprise name. I assumed a company this large would stand behind its products and treat its customers fairly. Instead, I’ve been left feeling completely misled and taken advantage of. My advice? DO NOT LET THE SALES PITCH FOOL YOU. Get an independent inspection, question every warranty promise, and demand everything in writing before giving them a dollar. I am beyond frustrated, and I genuinely regret trusting Enterprise Car Sales with this purchase. A $2,000 REPAIR BILL AFTER TWO MONTHS AND A WARRANTY THAT WON’T PAY FOR ANYTHING. THAT’S MY EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE CAR SALES. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. Enterprise Car Sales, you were happy to take my money. Now where is that same energy when it’s time to stand behind what you sold me?

  Great experience! The Sales Rep Brandon was very friendly and informative. I felt very at ease with my choice and the process of trading in my car/buying a car went very smoothly.

  Save yourself the trouble. Most inefficient rental service I’ve ever experienced. Waited an hour and a half. Tried to cancel and they said it was non-refundable.

  I highly recommend asking for Tobe to be your car salesman. He was respectful, accommodating, professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience and car purchase. Everyone at this dealership was friendly, professional and helpful. The pricing is very reasonable for a newer vehicle and test driving is where you are going to feel the right fit.

  The young man that I dealt mainly with was very mannerable, and nice, however, he was not very knowledgeable with either the vehicle or some of the paperwork. But he tried his best. I didn't like we were made to wait first for the sales rep, and then for the vehicle. And only having seven days to decide was a bit of a let down. But overall, it wasn't a horrible experience. I don't know if I would do this again, but I'm not canceling it out either. It was mt very first time. I'll see. If vehicle holds up then I'll definitely be back. I have grandchildren that will need dependable pre-owned vehicles.
