  This specific dobbs is incredible! Everyone is friendly and helpful! The entire staff from check in to payment were great!!! Thanks for getting me back in the road!!

  One tire kept leaking air. So I called to get it in. I got it right in and an hour after I called, I was on my way home. I purchased my tires at Dobbs, so to get the small nail out and fix the tire was no charge!

  10/10 This shop is so organized, clean and efficient. I have had multiple things done here! They are SUPER honest and always give me options. The handsome gentleman at the front desk checking people in is so friendly and offers people water. The waiting area is very comfortable and they run things in a very timely manner. If you need anything done on your vehicle I can not recommend them enough - they have real pride of how they are running this shop and the employees are smart and great communicators. Amazing service - great customer service

  This is Bob Kmetz- - Diana husband Continued bad service 1. Purchased 4 new tires for Lexus Rx 330. Came in with flat tire in storage area. Tech took the spare tire off and use the spare rim as one of the 4 new tires. Threw the good spare tire away and let my wife drive out with the good rim with flat tire still in the storage area . Not even stored away 2. Came back and you replaced the thrown away tire and got the 4 new tires and rims correct. Went to drive away and spare again was still not stored properly 3 . Next I brought in my Mercedes e 350 on Saturday for a routine rotation. One tire had a slow leak. Manager had to over pressurize to find the leak and fix- thanks and a $20 tip to the technician Driving this morning and the one tire is overpresserized 45. Lb with the other at correct 35 lb Poor attention to detail ! Will stop going to Dobbs on Manchester and 141 which is convenient and try another store
