  The experience was horrible from the techs to the manger and home office, I would suggest that everyone stay away from this establishment, i wish I would've read the reviews before I entered the establishment, DON'T ALLOW THIS PLACE TO DO ANY WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE !!!

  During college I worked at the Advance Auto right in front of this Valvoline, and during those years I rarely heard of any issues that they didn't handle. Now, 10yrs later, I take my BMW to them to get my oil changed and they've been solid every time. They do a thorough check of lights/wipers, tire pressure, they ASK if you'd like them to check your air filters (cabin and/or engine) but aren't trying to shove it down your throat (they are fine with you saying you're just there to get your oil changed). They never try to upsell me on anything or try to get me to add on other purchases, they make sure to run the Euro spec'd BMW-LL compliant oil (without me needing to specify) and ask if I want a 10k interval sticker (which I opt for 5k mile change intervals, which they happily printed for me). All around good job on the car, good people for the customer facing side, and have been reliable for all my cars now that I'm not in the "doing my own oil changes" stage of my life anymore. Also, there are ALWAYS coupons, either on their site or somewhere, just dona Google search before hand for "Valvoline coupons" and you're likely to find a 10-15% or ($) off (or more) with a lil searching. And then, if you get your receipt via email, they will usually email you a 20% off coupon around that 6 month mark. One of the few "quick lube" style places I'd recommend for anyone, whether you're in a Ford, a Honda, or a BMW, they'll take care of it correctly on the first go. Remember that they are also people who are doing a job that isn't the most glamorous of jobs, a little respect goes a long way (and that works both ways).
