- KCKate CashnerJun 24, 20261.0Eric store manager flat out lied after technician provided gross negligence and did not screw oil cap back on leading to low oil pressure and further damage to my car. He stated he reviewed video but I was not allowed to view video without a court order which is untrue according to Valvoline customer care agent Alex. Claim denied escalated to manager who mysteriously no longer worked there in a four day time frame. District manager was to review and respond back. I stead he closed out claim no communication. To me and when I called back i. To customer care the call was disconnected.

They are professional and informative and I appreciate the service I've received from both Parkville, MO and Liberty, MO staff. Also it's super cool to see women working in there almost every time. They check tires and lights as well and top off under the hood fluids. The quickness and thoroughness is unbeatable!
- DGDave GroveJun 14, 20261.0Don't go there. Had a gut feeling. They used an old school band wrench instead of the proper socket/torque tool to install the new filter for my oil. Had to add 3 quarts afterwards just to get it back to the one on Vivion (which by the way, shook their heads and did a great job fixing the issue). Never heard back from anyone. Still waiting. Under-trained and under-educated (no supervision). Almost cost me (them) a car.
